England just now sent me his orders, citing extenuating circumstances. Due to a combination of these circumstances and the fact that the orders he sent seem to line up with his previous plans and not at all be affected by the update being revealed, I'm going to accept them. Jalmont don't worry, you won't have to sub out! You're going to be removed forcefully within a year tbh. The best thing you could have done is prepare for the worst. Austria relying Bul retreat on an Italian non-bounce? Requiring Turkish NMR to obtain RPs? Germany pulling a perfect bounce? Prepare for the worst buddy, it seems to be happening to you a lot in this game.
