Returning OU, Need suggestions

So, I've been out of Pokemon for ages. I thought I'd have some fun and get back into it. I've been going with this for a short while, and whilst it seems to be doing fairly well, I can't help but feel that it could be tighter. Any fixes/suggestions are welcomed.

Parasprite (Jirachi) @ Expert Belt
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 152 Atk / 204 SAtk / 152 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Iron Head
- Fire Punch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Thunderbolt

Watch out, here come the Parasprites!
Mixed Jirachi is something I've grown to enjoy very much. Most suspect either a support lead or Superachi, meaning Scizor and Ferrothorn switch-ins are common. Sometimes his power is a tad underwhelming, but it does get the job done.

Rainbow Dash (Latias) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Recover
- Dragon Pulse
- Hidden Power [Fire]

It needs to be about 20% Cooler!
I'm very fond of Latias. I prefer it over Latios because she's slightly more bulky, but she still maintains some power. CM+Recover lets her build up her bulk and offences at the same time, whilst maintaining great coverage between Dragon and Fire.

Flim (Scizor) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Bug Bite
- Superpower

I suppose by now you're wondering, about our peculiar mode of transport!
I'm very fond of bulky Scizor. At times, his speed can be dissapointing, and he has to be played carefully. However, he brings with him only one weakness alongside a great 130 attack.

392.gif

Flam (Infernape) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Iron Fist
EVs:252 Atk, 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Fire Punch
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- U-Turn

I say! Our mode of locomotion!
Infernape's fast, physical, but unfortunately frail. It's got SR going for it, but ideally, a more sturdy Physical fire type would be great.

251.gif

Fluttershy (Celebi) @ Life Orb
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Nasty Plot
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Earth Power

Fluttershy! Fluttershy! Fluttershy can really fly!
Defensive Power Celebi is beautiful. She can take hits as well as dish them out, alongside STAB Giga Drain and Leftovers for recovery. She's assertive too, with Earth Power and HP Fire to supplement her coverage. However, Dark and Bug type moves leave her fleeing. However, she's proven she can hold her own.

S. Armour (Keldeo-R) @ Leftovers
Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Surf
- Secret Sword
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Calm Mind

Oh, Shining Armour! I'll be there very Sooooooon!
Keldeo's finally available, and boy did it have an impact. Keldeo's very powerful, and is even mixed thanks to Secret Sword. He's a welcome addition to the team and definitely doesn't dissapoint.

So again, any pointers would be great for a returning player. Thanks in advance!

Hey there Flareon nice team you have there! If you are running Nasty Plot Celebi I have to reccomend Life Orb>Leftovers The Reason Being Life Orb increases the damage of your moves by 30% and after a Nasty Plot this is Crazy! Nasty Plot Celebi is a bit different in Calm Mind Celebi in the way that CM Celebi needs multiple turns to set up thus making lefties an option for him. Where as NP Celebi needs 1 turn of set up and with a Life Orb it will be dishing out huge damage and will gain massive Giga Drain recovery. I also suggest changing the ev spread to 4 Hp /252 SpA / 252 Spd because in my opinion you dont really have to be bulky as long as you hit hard and fast with Celebi. Additionly you may want to try Baton Pass> Earthpower on Celebi as an Option Because Celebi has No way of dealing with Latios but if you pass a Nasty Plot to Latias or Keldeo they Immediatly become dangerous threats without any previous boosting. Infernape is not Bulky enough to run Stealthrocks effectivly as you said and although I dont have a good Physical Fire type to remedy this I can suggest Standard Heatran It can Learn Stealthrocks and brings a powerfull offensive presence as well as powerful fire moves to the table. However the best thing that Heatran brings to this team is the ability to nab a Flash Fire boost from you baiting your opponent with either Scizor, Jirachi, or Celebi!

Hi Flareon

First off welcome back to Pokemon! Nice team you have here, I especially like your use of an offensive team. Now looking at potential threats, the first one that jumps out to me is Dragon Dance Dragonite. Due to your lack of a Scarfer, Dragonite can outspeed and run through your team with a combination of Outrage and Fire Punch after a boost. Currently you do have priority in Scizor’s Bullet Punch but it will not always be able to successfully revenge kill Dragonite due to its Multiscale ability halving damage at full health. For this threat I recommend replacing your current Infernape set with a Choice Scarf Infernape with a moveset of Fire Punch/Close Combat/Stone Edge/U-Turn. Scarf Infernape outspeeds Dragonite after a +1 speed boost and can dispatch of it with Stone Edge granted that it hits and Dragonite has taken some previous damage. He also gives you a way to handle similar Dragon Dance threats such as Salamence, Gyarados, and Haxorus. Another benefit to using Scarf Infernape is having a fast U-turn which can act as a great scouting move for your team. Because your team relies on setting up sweepers, Infernape’s U-turn can provide that for you. For example, if your opponent has just taken out one of your Pokemon with their Ferrothorn, you can bring in Infernape, predict your opponent’s switch into Jellicent and go to your Celebi to grab an easy Nasty Plot boost. One drawback to switching to Scarf Infernape is that you will lose Stealth Rock but the revenge killing abilities and switch forcing outweighs this in most situations.

Now for some smaller changes. First, Timid nature should be used over Modest on Keldeo. This is critical in order to speed tie with those Pokemon with base 108 speed (Terrakion, Virizion, Infernape, Keldeo) as well as outspeeding positive natured base 100s. In general, it is more beneficial to use a speed boosting nature rather than an Attack or Special Attack boosting one on a sweeper so there is less opportunity for your opponent to revenge kill. Also you are missing 4 EVs on Keldo so put those into Special Defense ^^. I agree with Superpowerdude’s suggestion of replacing Celebi's item with Life Orb and changing its spread to 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd with Timid nature. This sacrifices longevity for greater damage output and speed which increases the likelihood of pulling off a sweep with Celebi.

Hope I helped and good luck with your team!

Sets:

Infernape (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Fire Punch
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- U-turn

Celebi @ Life Orb
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Nasty Plot
- Giga Drain
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Fire]

tl;dr

Infernape ----> Choice Scarf Infernape
Modest Nature Keldeo ----> Timid Nature
Add 4 Special Defense EVs on Keldeo
Leftovers on Celebi ----> Life Orb
Celebi's EV spread ----> 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd with Timid Nature

Besides what people have said above me, I think you should replace Hydro Pump on Keledo with Surf or Scald, depending on if you want burn chance or power. I know, I know, it seems weird, but I don't trust 80% accurate moves, and if you choose Scald, you could cripple Physical attackers that hurt Keledo's weaker defense stat.

Another thing to consider is HP Ghost on Keledo, so it can it Jellicent for SE damage. Of course, this would only be worth it if you want to sacrifice getting the SE hit on dragons, so...

DR;TL: What the other RMTers said, plus replacing Hydro Pump with Surf or Scald, and consider replacing HP Ice with HP Ghost.

Also, brohooves. /)

Thanks all, you've been very helpful!

I switched Infernape to Scarf, Celebi and Keldeo with Timid and more offensive EV's, and I gave Keldeo Surf because Hax isn't fun.
