Rexxx Teams

Hi guys, first of all, say hello to the people, i'm new here and probably this is my first comment in this web. My name is Rexxx and i'm from Spain, however i tried to used my emm... good... english here.

Well, i create this thread to post my teams and i will start with one that i created yesterday.

THE TSUNAMI.

POLITOED [Gerogero] (Weather Summoner).
Politoed_NB.gif

Item: Choice Specs.
Ability: Drizzle.
Ev's: 252 Hp// 252 SpA// 4 Spe.
Nature: Modest (+SpA// -Atk).

Hydro pump.
Ice Beam.
Psychic.
Hidden Power Grass.

Rol: Politoed takes the rain all the battle which is indispensable in my rain team. This politoed that i planned is like my team, very aggresive, and i was surprise how powerfull is his Hysro Pump in rain, OHKOing threats of the likes of tyranitar in rain, scizor and 2HKO without danger the fuckying skarmory, probably the biggest threath of my team.

Hydro pump is the main attack, with STAB 120 of power and bonus in rain and specs means a big damage to the oponent. Ice Beam is necesary to stop thundurus-T using a good prediction or plants typing like breloom, tangrowth or venusaur. Then i choosed Psychic over Focus Blast because i always fail this attack, i don't know why, but always fails. Psychic give me some converture, taking some trheats in rain like toxicroack or gengar. Finally Hpgrass gives me the probability to kill vaporeon or the enemies starmies with thunder.

THUNDURUS-T [adrammlech] (Xpert belt).
Thundurus_forma_t%C3%B3tem_N2B2_variocolor.gif

Item: Xpert belt.
Ability: Volt Absorb.
Ev's: 4 Def// 252 SpA// 252 Spe.
Nature: Timid (+Spe// -Atk)

Thunder.
Hidden Power Ice.
Gras Knot.
Volt Switch.

Rol: When Tornadus-T won the OU battle supremacy and went to the ubers sky, Thundurus-T take his lead place, yes, he doesn't have regerenator, however, is a very good pokemon to start with. Firts of all, Volt Switch, using this STAB move you can change your pokemon with other and advantage. fir example attacking a lead ninetails and changing to politoed who puts the rain and probably obligarates the enemy to change the fox.

Hidden Power Ice is for that Hippowdons, OHKOing them with one shoot. Other which died by one shoot are gliscor, landorus, landorus-t... Gras knot is is needed to kill a nonscarfer starmie with one shoot, and gastrodon that could be a threat withou problem. Finally Thunder in rain gives you a powerfull STAB movement OHKOing everithing who doesn' resists it.

METAGROSS [Stephen H] (Stealth Rock).
Metagross_NB.gif

Item: Leftovers.
Ability: Clear Body.
Ev's: 252 Hp// 96 Atk// 160 SpD.
Nature: Impish (+Def// -SpA).

Stealth Rock.
Meteor Smash.
Earthquake.
Thunder Punch.

Rol: Yes, is better shield Ferrothorn, however, with scizor in my team, ferrothorn would be the seconf pokemon with X4 weakness to fire, so that if i lose the weather wars they probably will be death.

Expecting the oponent change, i used Stealth Rock, then i attacked the pokemon i want to kill usually with earthquake to that dragons enraged, or to Toxicroack, other dangerous threat. Meteor Smash gives me a STAB Move with the probability to increased my At Stat which always is good, finally, Thunder Punch, to that fuckying Skarmory that always be there when you take out metagross.

GASTRODON [Panzer] (tank).
Gastrodon_Este_NB_variocolor.gif

Item: leftovers.
Ability: Storm Drain.
Ev's: 252 HP// 4SpA// 252 SpD.
Nature: Calm (+SpD// -Atk).

Scald.
Ice Beam.
Earth Power.
Recover.

Rol: Counter the Thunder and water types pokemon of my enemy. This teams is very offensive and Gastrodon gives me a mix of defensive and ofensive power with the chance of healing myself. Scald is gastrodon main move with STAB and rain bonus hits very strong and can burn the enemy, and there are some pokemon which are very, and very important to burn, some of them like Tyranitar, Ferrothorn and Jirachi. Ice beam smash dragonite and flying pokemons and earth power have STAB and good power.

Finally, my Gastrodon is some kind of aggresive pokemon, leaving toxic to the stalling teams I need power to hit bitches!!!

KELDEO [LittlePony] (Choice Scarfer).
Keldeo_forma_br%C3%ADo_N2B2.gif

Item: Choice Scarf.
Ability: Justified.
Ev's: 4 HP// 252 SpA// 252 Spe
Nature: Timid (+Spe// -Atk).

Surf.
Icy Wind.
Hidden Power ghost.
Secret sword.

Rol: Keldeo is similar to Terrakion, making him a good, very good late game sweeper and revenge killer. First, Surf, a powerfull water type attack that never fails with STAB, his primordial move. Then, Icy Wind, which i prefer to Hydro pump because hydro pump could fail, and if you are revenging some pokemon you can't fail, so i prefer icy wind like the icy move to HP ice, because of this i can use HP Ghost to kill alakazam, why, because the focus sash of alakazam will be broken while metagross puts rocks in the battlefield, then, only keldeo have to ghostly attack alakazam and kill him. Finally, Secret Sword hits very good without counter Special Walls problems, isn't it, Heatran, Chansey, Blissey, HA, I Laught in your face.

SCIZOR [Madbug] (Choice Bander).
Scizor_NB_hembra.gif

Item: Choice band.
Ability: Technician.
Ev's: 248 HP// 252 Atk// 8 SpD
Nature: Adamant (+Atk// -SpA).

Pursuit.
Bullet Punch.
Super Power.
U-Turn.

Rol: The punch of my team, hitting in rain very strong and taking his back covered because the rain. The bug can use U-turn, a strange powerfull u-turn to hardhit your enemies and run like bitchi of threats. The you can use Pursuit to kill latios, yes, that fuckying latios that probably have HP fire, but in rain is useless. Superpower kills tyranitar OHKOing with probles, and finally, the scizor move ever, Bullet punch. With the chocie band, scizor doesn't have to use Sword dance to start hitting with that priority STAB move called Bullet punch which have a very good bonus with the ability tecnician of scizor. Revenge killer, sweeper, nevermind, Scizor will always hit strong.

Well, this is the first team i will post, in the future, i will post others, like Sandstorm teams (my weather preference), or hail, or even a Tricky team.

See ya guys.

Hello man,

First of all, your team seems a bit weak to Ferrothorn. It blocks completely Politoed, Gastrodon, Metagross and Thundurus-T, Keldeo can't switch into it and only Scizor can switch into it but Leech Seed and Stealth Rock'll damage it at any switch in so Scizor'll die quite quickly. To solve this weakness, I suggest you to use Focus Blast replacing Grass Know on Thundurus-T because Politoed has already Hidden Power Grass to hit the opposing Gastrodon so Grass Knot on Thundurus-T isn't a very useful move on your team. Focus Blast otherwise helps you to deal Ferrothorn more easily and that's pretty good in my opinion because like I already said Ferrothorn can be problematic. Finally, on Keldeo I'd change Hidden Power Ghost into Hidden Power Electric. Hidden Power Ghost is quite useless because Keldeo can't hit hard anyway Jellicent with it and because already Surf kills no-Focus Sash Alakazam. Hidden Power Electric otherwise allows you to revenge-kill Gyarados which seems a threat for this team because it can setup on Politoed locked into any move expect Hydro Pump, on Gastrodon, Keldeo, Scizor easily and then sweep your team.

Other than that, cool team. Good luck!

Hey,

First off, Your Thundurus-T doesn't need Grass Knot, especially if you use it for killing Starmie. A bulky starmie even has a good chance to live a Grass Knot while both Thundur and Volt Switch KO it. Running Focus Blast would benefit you more. This will give you the ability to get past Ferrothorn with your Thundurus and OHKOing Tyranitar which can be handy for winning the weather war. Also, Hidden Power Ice doesn't OHKO Hippowdon, just telling you so you don't expect it to and get surprised. Another thing I like to do is run 30 speed IVs on Scizor. This will give you switch initiative versus other Scizor as you will be slower and U-turn out on your opponent's switch in. Next up, I don't think you need Hidden Power Ghost on Keldeo. Surf will easily OHKO Alakazam or bring it down to its sash. I suggest changing Hidden Power [Ghost] to Hidden Power [Ice] and then running Hydro Pump > Icy wind. Hydro Pump can be really important in 2HKOing bulky Starmie and Sp Def Jirachi (in rain). Hidden Power Ice is better on a scarfed set than Icy Wind since you don't need the speed drop on anything except maybe scarfed Lati@s' which are really uncommon anyway. The 95% accuracy can come back to bite you too as there will always be a risk to miss. Lastly I recommend running a Adamant nature on Metagross. Impish doesn't really have significant use, while Metagross can always use some more Atk to f.e. making Skarmory a 3HKO. Hope I helped. Good luck.

Not really a Rate at all, however I do greatly agree with the Focus Blast change, but just would like to mention this:

Well, i create this thread to post my teams and i will start with one that i created yesterday.
A RMT is for only 1 single Team. As per the rules, you can only post another RMT (and thus another Team) 2 Weeks later. Figured I'd just point that out :). good luck with the Team!
