I'm interested in the flawless 5/6 Bold Rotom. I understand Rotoms are a bit more finicky to finagle, so I don't know if I have anything I can reasonably offer for it.

About the best I can do is a female Jolly Riolu (Inner Focus, 31/31/31/xx/31/31) with egg moves of Bullet Punch and Crunch. The next best thing I got is a (31/31/31/31/31/31) Ghastly, but I think someone already offered you one of those.
