I am going to be editing and updating this thread daily. Also, please comment if you have any suggestions for strategies based on your own experience in the metagame. It would be quite interesting to see what others think of this.

[SET COMMENTS]
Paragraph 1:
- Rillaboom fits really well in the form of a revenge killer, by being able to set up Grassy Terrain for itself and it's teammates and threaten a variety of types.
- U-turn enables you to chip and swap against bad matchups like Mega Aggron or Sandslash-Alolan.
- Grassy Glide, it's primary STAB move, has +1 priority and 91 base damage in Grassy Terrain (not to mention the STAB), allowing it to OHKO common Stealth Rock setters such as Lycanroc. Grassy Glide is also your best move against Fairy types, such as Tapu Fini.
- Brick Break breaks screens and veils from the likes of Ninetales-Alolan and other setters (although you should probably swap out after breaking the screen).
- Earthquake hits Steel types like Stakataka and Excadrill, but is mostly there to OHKO Heatran. It also hits Fire types like Cinderace and Poison types like Gengar, Slowking-Galar, and Toxtricity.
- Knock Off hits Ghost or Psychic types like Spectrier, Gengar, Jirachi, and Latios. It also hits item-dependant Pokemon like Eviolite Chansey or Ferroseed.
- Choice Scarf is really important, allowing you to revenge kill up to 151 base speed opponents and up to 84 base speed scarf users, meaning OHKOing Salazzle and Barraskewda, while also securing 2HKOs on Galvantula and Orbeetle.
- The EVs maximize speed and attack for obvious reasons.

Paragraph 2:
- Ferrothorn benefits from Grassy Terrain recovery and can be swapped into when faced with a Bug/Flying/Ice/Poison type move. It can set up Leech Seed for Rillaboom.
- Appleton can also set up Leech Seed for Rillaboom and can also tank Fire moves for it. Appleton is a reliable staller that also benefits from Grassy Terrain.
- Whimsicott helps deal with Dragon types and provides good utility with Prankster+Leech Seed+Tailwind+Taunt. Rillaboom suffers from other scarf users, but a Tailwind from Whimsicott gets it back up on it's feet.
- Rotom-C can help form a Volt-Turn core against Flying types and provides good offense if need be.
- Grass types with Stone Edge such as Virizion, Breloom, and Tapu Bulu can help Rillaboom by providing ample coverage against it's weaknesses.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

- Fake Out is useful, but causes Rillaboom to lose out on much needed coverage.
- Same thing goes with Body Slam, however Body Slam synergises well with defensive cores by putting speed control.
- Darkest Lariat is viable in place of Knock-Off, but Rillaboom then loses out against item-reliant Pokemon.
- Acrobatics could be run without a scarf, but Rillaboom then loses a lot of chances to revenge kill.
- Drain Punch offers recovery when run instead of Brick Break, but then causes a loss against screens.
- Drum Beating provides speed control in place of Grassy Glide, but then loses out on priority.
- Stomping Tantrum could be run with Protect, but is not very viable with Earthquake as an option.
- A Rock Slide team member could be run instead of a Stone Edge team member if you want more accuracy, but instead loses out on power.

Checks and Counters
===================

Flying types: Charizard, Crobat, and other flying types resist Bug, Grass, and Fighting, and are immune to Ground.

Bug types: They resist Grass, Fighting, and Ground.

Defensive cores: They can tank and stall out Rillaboom.

Hi there, after speaking with the qc team, we have decided to reassign this analysis as it shows a pretty large disconnect from the metagame and the format of analyses. I recommend reading through the guides found here , as well as getting more acquainted with a metagame before writing analyses for it in the future.
