Remove: Baton Pass - ABSTAIN
Add: Heavy Slam - NO
Add: Heat Crash - NO
Add: Rock Tomb - NO
Way I see it, Heavy Slam and Heat Crash only are competitively important should we go with designing the CAPmon to be heavy, like 4x as heavy as the average of pokemon weight in OU. That seems like it would make designs that are larger have the better aesthetic. Rock Tomb's guaranteed speed drop is pretty dangerous, but the 50 Base Power means that's the only thing you are bringing it in for, barring a Technician thing. Overall I don't see anything making these three moves super dangerous to designing the pokemon right now.
