Hi, this is a rain team I made a few days ago just because I wanted to try weather out!
Team:

Perry (Pelipper) (M) @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 96 Def / 60 SpA / 100 SpD
Calm Nature
- Scald
- U-turn
- Hurricane
- Defog
I chose Pelipper as the rain setter for the team, it makes the most sense to me because of Drizzle allowing it to set rain on switch-in and because it already has pretty good defensive stats letting it last longer as my setter. Damp Rock was the obvious choice I think, 8 turns of rain is a lot. EVs are pretty standard, max HP for longevity, 96 on Defense to help it's already pretty decent defense, 60 SpA to beef up Scald and Hurricane damage a bit, and 100 SpD for bulk as well.

Barrack Obama (Barraskewda) (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Liquidation
- Drill Run
- Flip Turn
Barraskewda is the main rain abuser on this team, Swift Swim makes it incredibly fast and it's STAB water moves get even more powerful. EVs are basic, max Speed lets it out-speed basically every Pokemon in rain and max Attack bumps it's Attack to ludicrous base/non-boosted levels with Choice Band. Close Combat is a powerful move with Barraskewda's speed, the defense loss doesn't really matter because Skewda just hits first most of the time. Liquidation is it's main STAB move and does huge damage just neutrally in rain. Drill Run is coverage against Electric-types and Flip Turn allows for easily pivoting to Ferrothorn and also pairs with Zeraora's Volt Switch. Speaking of Zeraora...

Garfield (Zeraora) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Plasma Fists
- Volt Switch
- Close Combat
- Fire Punch
Zeraora is pretty much the only line of offense against opposing Water-types, Electric-types, and Grass-types. Plasma Fists and Fire Punch respectively make Zeraora very important to this team, with Volt Switch making it even more useful. Volt Absorb is also very useful on this team, with Pelipper having a double weakness versus Electric and Barraskewda not standing a chance if it doesn't K.O the opposing Electric-type or Electric move user first turn. Plasma Fists is really powerful, Volt Switch makes use of Heavy-Duty Boots and lets Barraskewda switch into it against Electric- and Grass-types. Close Combat is used for mostly the same reasons as on Skewda, and Fire Punch is pretty good coverage that lets it deal with Ferrothorn and Toxapex at the same time, also helping cement itself as this team's tank-killer with super effective damage versus Blissey, Toxapex, and Ferrothorn.

Gangnam Style (Tapu Lele) @ Lum Berry
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Psyshock
- Thunderbolt
- Calm Mind
Tapu Lele is my choice of sweeper in this build with Calm Mind. I used the suggested Smogon set for this, not too much to say. Calm Mind is the setup, Moonblast and Psyshock are STAB, and Thunderbolt is used here because Flamethrower would be half-damage most of the time. Lum Berry to stop Paralysis and Toxic from messing me up, and EVs are Smogon set.

Frieza (Kyurem) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pressure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 116 HP / 252 SpA / 140 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Freeze-Dry
- Ice Beam
- Focus Blast
- Earth Power
I honestly only put Kyurem here because I wanted to test him out. Freeze-Dry beats Urshifu-R ( 252+ SpA Choice Specs Kyurem Freeze-Dry vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Urshifu-Rapid-Strike: 570-672 (167.1 - 197%) -- guaranteed OHKO) who is otherwise a pretty big threat to this team, OHKO'ing everything here other than Kyurem and Ferrothorn (calcs below). Ice Beam is another Ice-type move to use when not facing off against Water-types, and the other two moves are coverage.
Urshifu Calcs: 252 Atk Choice Band Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Surging Strikes (3 hits) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Barraskewda in Rain on a critical hit: 309-366 (117.4 - 139.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Choice Band Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Surging Strikes (3 hits) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Zeraora in Rain on a critical hit: 531-624 (167.5 - 196.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Choice Band Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Surging Strikes (3 hits) vs. 252 HP / 96+ Def Pelipper in Rain on a critical hit: 171-204 (52.7 - 62.9%) -- approx. 2HKO
252 Atk Choice Band Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Surging Strikes (3 hits) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tapu Lele on a critical hit: 354-417 (125.9 - 148.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Choice Band Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Surging Strikes (3 hits) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Kyurem on a critical hit: 153-180 (39.1 - 46%) -- approx. 3HKO

Barb-y Doll (Ferrothorn) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 64 Def / 192 SpD
Careful Nature
- Leech Seed
- Stealth Rock
- Knock Off
- Power Whip
Ferrothorn is my tank/wall for this team, it lets me safely switch into a banded Urshifu (if it's locked into Surging Strikes already) and deal chip damage against it at the same time (252 Atk Choice Band Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Surging Strikes (3 hits) vs. 252 HP / 64 Def Ferrothorn in Rain on a critical hit: 153-183 (43.4 - 51.9%) -- approx. 3HKO after Leftovers recovery) The 64 defense is to survive SS 3 times instead of 2, other EVs are pretty simple. Leech Seed has been very helpful to me installing out the last enemy Pokemon/an enemy sweeper mon, It's tankyness makes it a nice rock setter, Knock Off is useful in general, and Power Whip is STAB for 1v1 scenarios. It somewhat abuses rain because rain halves Fire damage, one of it's biggest weaknesses.
