SM OU RMT First competitive team

This is my first try, so it probably isn't very good, but here is my team.

Komo-o @ Dragonium Z
ability: Bullet proof
EVs: 252 Sp Atk 252 HP 4 Spd
Modest Nature
-Clanging Scales
-Focus Blast
-Flamethrower
-Flash Cannon

The main pokemon I built my team around. There's no special gimmick because I wanted to keep it simple for my first try, so it's just a solid offensive pokemon. I went with Dragonium Z instead of fighting because there isn't much that resists dragon, so it's a good solid hit on most things. However, it is very weak to fairies, so I added-

Scizor Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk 252 Def 4 Spd
Adamant Nature
-Bullet Punch
-sword dance
-X scissor
-Roost

Mega scizor is partially just there to kill fairies, but he's also a solid sweeper. I considered switching sword dance or x scissor for u turn, but currently this is my set.

Gliscor Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 Atk 252 Spd 4 Def
Jolly Nature
-Earthquake
-Sword dance
-Knock off
-roost

I thought of him to kill fire types and I really liked using him. He gets set up with sword dance by switching into an electric or ground type then sweeps. knock off has been surprisingly good. Roost for extra longevity.
In order to deal with water types and better deal with fire types I added

Rotom Wash @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Def 252 Sp Def 4 HP
Calm Nature
-Thunder Bolt
-Hydro Pump
-Will o wisp
-Volt Switch

Great tank. Only really weak to grass, which I've got more than covered. Sitrus berry for extra longevity. Deals with Toxapex nicely.

Heatran @ Assault Vest
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Hp 252 Sp Att 4 Spd
Bold Nature
-Heat Wave
-Flash Cannon
-Earthquake
-Dragon pulse

I think it balances out the team nicely. Deals with grass, substitute in case of earthquake, dragon pulse to deal with dragons without putting komo-o in danger.

Greninja Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 Atk 252 Spd 4 Hp
Jolly Nature
-Ice Punch
-Gunk Shot
-Night Slash
-Water Fall
For some speed in a relatively slow team. Gunk shot for extra power and to deal with fairies. Physical because I would have mostly special otherwise.

I would have put in animations of my pokemon but I don't know how. Anyway, that's my team. I know it's nothing special, but I didn't want to really get creative until I've made at least one real attempt. Any advice you could give me would be much appreciated.

Hey there:
I would make the following changes off of the bat:
Change heatran a bit, add rocks and maybe change the moves a bit, I would reccomend:
Heatran @ Grassium Z
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Solar Beam
- Stealth Rocks
This set allows you to have some grass coverage, along with the rocks. In my opinion it is just better than ur one now.
The only other suggestions I have are to change X-scissor to either bug bite or U-turn on sciz but then again im not very experienced so there are probably lots more. Your team just seems a bit iffy, have you actually used it in battle? If not, go do that, then come back here with a more balanced team, covering some potential major flaws.
Also, I would add more description to the actual thread so that it doesn't get locked.
