(Title has nothing to do with actual team)
Yanmega @ Focus Sash
Modest Nature - Speed Boost
EVs: 6 Def/ 252 SpA/ 252 Spd
Hypnosis
Bug Buzz
Air Slash
HP Ground
An excellent lead. Hypnosis's bulky starters and endures a hit from faster leads and strikes back. HP Ground as Yanmega commonly lures Heatran out and crippling him at the very least or taking him out. Also scouts for the rest of the team (Yanmega causes many a switch). Sweeps whole teams too.
Cresselia @ Leftovers
Modest Nature - Levitate
EVs: 20 HP/ 252 Def/ 236 SpA
Reflect
Moonlight
Ice Beam
Charge Beam
A fantastic user of the BoltBeam combo. In the analysis this says it is meant to be a Garchomp counter, however, I prefer the extra SpA EVs to boost up for a possible sweep late game with Charge Beam. Reflect makes Fortress unstoppable on the physical side (thinking of replacing with Light Screen)
Fortress @ Leftovers
Relaxed Nature - Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/ 162 Atk/ 96 Def
Stealth Rocks
Earthquake
Rapid Spin
Explosion
Stealth Rocks to set up entry hazards and Rapid Spin to blow them away. Rapid Spin important to make sure no Stealth Rocks are up as they hurt my sweepers a lot! Explosion when I don't need him anymore and Earthquake for coverage.
Heatran @ Choice Specs
Modest Nature - Flash Fire
EVs: 40 HP/ 252 SpA/ 216 Spd
Fire Blast
Earth Power
Dragon Pulse
Explosion
Not only here because of his excellent power, but because that he provides a necessary fire and ice resist. Fire Blast for STAB (2HKOs Gyarados after Flash Fire, 3HKO otherwise). Earth Power and Dragon Pulse so nothing resists his attacks. Explosion when his time is up. Amazingly simple, yet amazingly awesome.
Weaville @ Expert Belt
Jolly Nature - Pressure
EVs: 40 HP/ 252 Atk/ 216 Spd
Pursuit
Ice Shard
Brick Break
Night Slash
My revenge killer. Takes care of powerful, but frail Sp. Atk-ers that otherwise cause problems for my team. Ice Shard for a priority STAB to kill weakened dragons. Brick Break for coverage and barrier breaking (barriers seem more popular these days...) and Night Slash to deal with bulky Ghosts and Psychics who can also spell trouble for this team. Also, Expert Belt > Choice Band because I like being able to switch my moves on something this frail.
Salamance @ Life Orb
Adamant Nature - Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP/ 176 Def/ 80 Spd
Dragon Dance
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Roost
In my opinion, the best sweeper-tank set in the game. Roost to recover Life Orb damage. Dragon Dance to make this thing unstoppable and Dragon Claw and Earthquake for STAB and coverage respectively. Makes a great candidate for cleanup. Credit to Aldaron (I think) for making this awesome pokemon. (If I had to give my title of this tread to one pokemon, it would be this guy)
So, Smogon, what are your thoughts and suggestions?
