RMT my first team (ou)

ok heres my first team sorry im new so it might be a little sloppy
anyways heres the team.
JIRACHI
SKARMORY
SWAMPERT
SALAMENCE
BRELOOM
STARMIE
the starter
JIRACHI (careful) leftovers
EV=110hp/200def/200spcdef
iron head
wish
cosmic power
reflect
jirachi goes out and uses reflect then cosmic power andkeeps raising defense to take hits unless iron head is super effective to their starter (aerodacytl) then keeps hitting em and healing up with wish till he kills or weakens a few pokemon

SWAMPERT (careful) leftovers
EV=252hp/124def/124spcdef
steath rock
surf
ice punch
earthquake
swampert is to put out steath rocks and then with a varity move set try to take out pokemon till hes down

SKARMORY (CAREFUL) leftovers
EV=152hp/106def/252spcdef
spikes
roar
drill peck
roost
skarmory is my favorite with high defenses and good moves. first out goes skipes up to 3 times then comes the roars to cause some serious damage healing up when needed, using drill peck too is great

SALAMENCE (adamant) leftovers
EV=108hp/252attck/150sped
dragon dance
dragon claw
earthquake
stone edge
salamaece is my physical destroyer usually 1 or 2 hit ko with a dragon dance he is really fast and powerful

STARMIE (modest) leftovers

rapid spin
confuse ray
thunderbolt
psychic
starmie, i try to get out early to rapin spin away steath rocks, toxic spikes, etc. then with quick speed confuse ray to avoid getting some damage then attack with high special attack

BRELOOM (jolly) toxic orb
EV=252atck/252speed
spore
focus punch
substitute
seed bomb
i try to bring him out on a slower pokemon, spore to put em asleep, a sub to protect then a deadly focus punch or seed bomb depending on the enemie

im open for all suggestions about move sets and/or switching pokemon and i play on gamebattles so no ubers and no item clause so thanks in advance
 
I can't really tell how you are using these pokemon. Please describe how you are using them so I can help you with this team =D
 
More info means a paragraph or two. Descriptions on the basic stategy along with the why you chose pokemon, their movesets, EV spreads, and items helps. Without it, rating is very hard. Plus, your thread might get locked O.o

Also, spell checking makes RMTs much more appealing, along with correct punctuation.
 
From what I could read in that illegible mess, I'd say Recover over Confuse Ray on Starmie and Roost over Stone Edge on Mence. Bulky DDMence is a beast.
