RMT my team V2.0

I've been working on this team for a while now and its still not quite clicking. I was hopping to get some suggestions to tighten it up. So please tell me what you think. Here's the team:

Team in Depth:

094Gengar.png

Gengar (M) @ Focus Slash
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Hypnosis
I know alot of people don't like Gengar as an openner but he's been working quite well for me. Focus blast takes care of the occational Ambipomand Tyranitar as well as covering and steel type leads. I'm using Focus Slash over life orb here to help deal with bulkier openers that need to hits to go down. I'm still a little iffy on Hypnosis with that 60% hit rate but since the other major option is explosion and I'm putting my EVS into SpA and not Atk, Hypnosis gets the nod.
Psychic goes to: Skarmory, Jolteon
Ghost goes to: Skarmory, Heracross, Jolteon
Dark goes to: Heracross

373Salamence.png

Salamence (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 SAtk
Naughty nature (+Atk, -SDef)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Outrage
I've used this set in another team and it did me just as well there as it does now and I highly recommend anyone reading this to try it if you haven't already. The idea is to try and dance on a forced switch and then sweep. Doesn't always work be even with out a dragon dance, Salamence can do goodly amounts of damage.
Ice goes to: Heracross, Swampert
Dragon goes to: Swampert
Rock goes to: Swampert, Heracross

135Jolteon.png

Jolteon (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 6 Def/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [grass]
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Baton Pass
Specs Jolteon packs a punch that I just love. Thunderbolt is a great STAB attack that all jolts should run. Baton Pass with Jolteon's great speed lets me do some good recon. Shadow ball is on this set to help with my teams slight weakness to Psychics.
Ground goes to: Salamence, Gengar, Heracross

227Skarmory.png

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP/ 64 Atk/ 176 Def/ 16 Spe
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Spikes
- Whirlwind

Skarmory is the newest member to the team. It pulls double duty as both my special waller and spiker. Its and fairly basic set but the lack of coverage with only one move that deals dirrect damage has me a little iffy about Skarmory's chances of staying with the team.

Rock goes to: Swampert, Heracross

214Heracross.png

Heracross (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/ 6 Def
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Megahorn
- Pursuit
- Stone Edge
A good sweeper and one of my personal favorite Pokes. Close Combat and Megahorn are two great STAB moves that match Heracross' EVES and get even nastier with guts. Pursuit is there grab any one who would switch out against Heracross, hopefully Ghost and Psychics. Stone edge gives me some good cover and allows me to revenge kill Dragon types. I started running Heracross as a choice Scarfer over a choice bander and that has made a world oh difference. As a bander I was considering cutting Herracross from the team. Now he's one of my best pokes and works as a great sweeper/ revenge killer.
Fire goes to: Swampert, Salamence
Poison goes to: Gengar, Salamence
Flying goes to: Jolteon, Gengar
Psychic goes to: Jolteon

260Swampert.png

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP/216 Def/54 SAtk
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Stealth Rock
- Surf
Swampert's a great Poke that's doing double duty for me as a phazer and an okay phys. wall. Earthquake and Surf are obvious STAB moves and I won't waste too much time explaining there choices. Swampert also does duty as my stealth rocker. Ice Beam gives me at least a slim chance against Grass Types and helps me cover Dragon Types quite well.
Grass goes to: Salmence, Skarmory, Heracross, Gengar
Bug goes to: Salmence, Forretress, Heracross, Gengar, Skarmory

Well, that's my team right now. I welcome any comments, good or bad, as long as they help me improve the team.

You have a big DD Salamence weakness. After one DD, he outspeeds and OHKO's everything on your team. The only one it doesn't is Swampert, but if he has taken some prior damage (like from a Scizor's U-turn) he will fall to outrage. I would suggest making Swampert more defensive, as those Sp.Atk EV's were for killing Garchomp. Either that, or add fast revenge killer to your team.
