Because you're leading with Bronzong, I suggest you change the EV spread to the alternatively standard spread: 252 HP / 152 Atk / 8 Def / SDef 96. It will allow you to take advantage of oppising lead Gengar, because most Gengar will fear Lum Berry. I know it's a "Special Wall" but I don't think it will work with the EV's you have on it. Gyro Ball is very much needed, to hit those lead Gengars which otherwise fuck you Bronzong. Either explosion or eq should be replaced. Make sure you have atleast 1 Speed IV in Speed. Garchomp's fillers can be easly replaced by Fire Blast, one thing you need to eliminate Steel types that wall it. Dragon Claw can be used for the last slot, for some late game sweeping, or you could use Toxic, so bring down does Bulky pokemon that Garchomp has problems with.

Foretress needs Rapid spin, to eliminate the enemy Stealth Rock/Spikes that can affect your pokemon. The team is a bit Heracross weak, the reason I say bit is because you have the BulkyDos, which is meant to switch into Heracross. Very good team.

For Bronzong, I suggest Sassy w/252 HP / 128 Atk / 128 SpD. He should know Gyro Ball, Stealth Rock, Hypnosis/Earthquake and Reflect. Lum Berry or Leftovers is fine.

Alright, well to get things started with this team:

  1. Bronzong: EV spread should be; 252 HP / 152 Attack / 8 Defense / 96 Special Defense. Move set; Hypnosis, EQ, Stealth Rock, Gyro Ball, and no speed IV's to max out the power of Gyro Ball. Finally, give him a Relaxed Nature. This maxes out Gyro Ball's power.
  2. Garchomp's filler moves; Fire Fang and Stone Edge. No brainer. Plus you have 6 EV's you didn't post, put those in HP.
  3. Fortress, good, except, either take out Stealth Rock on Fortress or take it out on Bronzong. You can't have 2 Rocks at the same time. If you take it out on Zong, replace it for explosion, if you take it out on Fortress, replace it for Earthquake.
  4. BulkyDos, good, consider replacing Taunt for EQ or Stone Edge to deal with Electrics or other Gyrados's respectivly.
  5. Standard Magnezone, it's all good.
  6. Consider protect on Vaporeon?

I have three weaknesses to fire, but three Pokemon that resist fire. It's all good. Real thanks for the responses guys. I also edited Bronzong on the opening post, and I think I'll put Protect instead of Ice Beam.

I'm going to close this because your descriptions are effortless and vague to say the least. The specific rule:

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you're having trouble with this one, start by give an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

Please read the rules.
