First and foremost...I hate dragon and fire types. Why? Well, I don't know. It seems that there are just so many people that love those types, that I want to stay away from it. It's not that I want to be different, but it's almost like a cop out to build a team with dragons and fire type moves—no offense.
With that being said, I somewhat built this team with some of my favorite Pokes as well as adding some new pieces to kinda balance it in. I suppose this team is just more balanced than anything.
Any suggestions, please let me know! Nothing is set in stone.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
Careful Nature
EVs: 252 HP / 236 SpD / 20 Spe
Iron Head
Stealth Rock
Body Slam
U-turn
Here's my lead. I figure Jirachi is a pretty solid because it's got great stats. I figure, depending on the match-up, I can start off right away with stealth rock and then start body slamming to get them paralyzed due to the Serene Grace ability. Iron head gives me STAB and then U-turn allows me to switch out at any moment while getting some damage off. I suppose you can call Jirachi a mix of being a lead, a wall and a scout.

Jolteon @ Life Orb
Ability: Volt Absorb
Timid Nature
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 Def
Thunderbolt
Volt Switch
Signal Beam
Shadow Ball
Here's my special attacker and my special sweeper. All of his moves are special attacks. Thunderbolt is probably the best move in the game, in my opinion. It gives Jolteon great STAB...as well as volt switch. I love having the option of u-turn of volt switch on my team. It allows me to switch out with any unfavorable match-up. Signal beam and shadow ball both give me great coverage.
Blastoise @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
Calm Nature
EVs: 252 SpD / 252 Def / 4 HP
Toxic
Aqua Ring
Surf
Ice Beam
Blastoise is a bit of a wall. I'll throw up aqua ring right away and then mix that in with leftovers, well then, Blastoise is now a wall. I carry toxic, which can be a huge pain. No one wants a poisoned Pokemon. Surf offers great power with STAB—but I'm not sure if I want to replace it with scald...Thoughts? Also, ice beam is a pretty good move that offers coverage as well.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
Modest Nature
252 SpA / 196 Spe / 60 HP
Leaf Storm
Psychic
U-turn
Recover
I really like this moveset on Celebi. Leaf storm offers huge STAB and can pretty much knock through anything. Psychic is another great move with STAB. Yet again, I have u-turn. Why? Because I love the luxury of being to switch out whenever I want when an unfavorable match-up presents itself. As for recover, that's pretty standard for Celebi sets.

Gengar @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
Timid Nature
252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Substitute
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast
Will-O-Wisp
This is somewhat of an interesting moveset that I have on Gengar. I'll use sub right away, which I figure that I can out speed most Pokes. Shadow ball is great STAB. Focus blast offers a ton of coverage with quite the bite. I really like having will-o-wisp too. Along with Blastoise's toxic and Gengar's will-o-wisp, I will be pretty much ruining my opponent's day with status conditions.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Ability Torrent
Adamant Nature
240 HP / 252 Atk / 16 Def
Earthquake
Waterfall
Ice Punch
Hammer Arm
Here's my physical sweeper. Earthquake is an awesome move for Swampert as it adds STABs and is filled with power. Waterfall gives me a chance of the opponent flinching. Ice punch is a great coverage move and will take care of dragons. Hammer arm...yes hammer arm. I love this move. It's very, very powerful and has pretty solid accuracy.
