Our first SM OU staff RMT has been posted! The team, Ash-Greninja Balance by TDK, was one of the most popular balanced builds of the OU metagame in the wake of the Mega Metagross suspect test. The RMT has been written by Anish, Celticpride, Team Pokepals (who also provided the artwork) and myself.

Couple of announcements to make - first of all, congrats to esche for winning our latest UU rating competition! Well done to Amane Misa as well for reaching the finals. Hope to see you guys kick on from here and continue rating at a high level.

We've also started a new project called Rating Sample Teams, hosted by Team Pokepals, where aspiring raters are encouraged to submit rates for the example teams in the thread and receive personalised feedback from official TRs in return. It works similarly to Rating Practice Teams, but with one major difference in that there are no rounds this time. Instead, we will rotate the teams in the thread once every few months to account for metagame changes. People are welcome to participate at their leisure.
