RMT - OU Standard.

This is a good team. Counters everything on your team.

All I suggest is your suicune to be sleep talker. With calm mind and surf.

Reason why? Most team oppenents pack a pokemon that induces sleep moves.

Otherwise your team is very good. This is a good team to counter scizors and other sweepers..

Thank you dude.

Advice heard. I'll try the Rest Talker, and test it around a bit then I'll edit.

Hi and welcome to Smogon,

your team is quite solid, just a few notes:

1) Since Rotom is your best counter for Gyarados, I'd advise to give it a bold nature and an EV spread of: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 Spe, dropping charge beam for thunderbolt and substitute for either hidden power [ground], to punish Heatran's switch ins, or rest. With the suggested Spe EVs you'll be faster than every Scizor, but since you also run Magnezone, then you might also run max Def.

2) On Salamence definitely switch to a naive nature and use the standard EV spread of: 232 Atk / 24 SpA / 252 Spe, dropping either dragon claw or outrage for fire blast. Since Skarmory usually runs shed shell just to escape from Magnezone, having a reliable way to ohko it may be a good idea. Also, I'd probably prefer to keep dragon claw over outrage: being free to switch out means that when your opponent sends in Scizor to revenge kill Salamence you can switch in Magnezone on the bullet punch and eliminate it with hp fire.

3) If you decide to run the standard sleep talk Suicune, then switch to a bold nature and run max HP and Def, as cro-Cune needs all the defence it can get to take hits from powerful attackers like TTar and Infernape.

Good luck with your team!

Everything after this initial paragraph is going to be made up in an attempt to disguise the fact that, at the end of it all, my rating is entirely going to be determined by the title.

Ice Beam > Ice Punch on Swampert no EVs in attack. The damage difference is very slim, about 2%, but it is the better choice.

I love Charge Beam, but I agree with above on going with a Tbolt instead. Though, in the case of Gyarados you might be able to ohko it even with Charge Beam. (I know Jolteon can do it, but I think I tested with a DD rather than Bulky, unsure if that could make a difference.) Up to you though.

I can't think of too much else to say, your team looks fairly solid and I'm not the best rater/builder around. So I don't wanna say too much.

1) About the Rotom-h, he always OHKO every Gyara that comes by, although I get some crucial misses with CB and end up in crap. I'll test the set you told me here, then i'll edit later.

2) I tested the CroCune. The lack of IB did hurt a bit, so I tried CM+IB and also Surf+IB. Ended up I'm in doubt between Surf+CM and Ice Beam+CM. After I post here I'll edit it.

3) Thanks for the light on Mence, I was really in doubt about it. Now I'll switch it to Naive and to the standard set.

I'll try ye standarde MixPert set, since my Pert is Impish and a simple switch for IB wouldn't do the trick. Thank you dude.

Well, thank you all for helping me here! I'll edit above!

Keep rating!

EDIT: Somehow, probably due to crappy Netbook I can't edit the first post where my team is because it just won't load it. Any lights on that problem other than doing it anywhere that isn't a Netbook since I'm not home?

Edit 2: Fixed using Firefox instead of IE.

Your Suiciune EVs add up to 408, not 508.

I ate a 1 from 164 =[.

It was a silly mistake due to the fact when I was posting I was in a hurry and the Netbook was all laggy.

Thanks for pointing out bro, and by the way, those are the old EVs, as I said the new EVs are the ones underlined.

On-Topic: Now I finally got home and I'll (hopefully) try the suggestion about the Rotom and the MixPert.

A cool Maggy Spread is 56 Atk / 252 SpAtk / 200 Spe

Rash

It allows for 2HKO of Vappy and outruns JollyCario.

I don't know. I like the comfortable idea of having 360 Spe.

Still, I'll test it as soon as I get home, along with the Rotom-A set and the MixPert I still didn't have time to test.

Thanks for the Maggy suggestion!

Well, I tested the Rotom I was told to use. Ended up Charge Beam Rotom-a was more succesful.

But MixPert is under test yet.

The Magnezone with less Spd was a pain, since he was no longer a great revenge killer. And the Explosion still OHKO Blisseys with SR counted on. Tried also Rash with 252 Spe/252 SpAtk/6Hp....327 Speed wasn't enough neither. But since Cune now lacks Ice Beam, I made Zone Timid and put Signal Beam over Explosion, for me to feel better Celebi-wise, since Scizor doesn't really counter Celebi.

Also this bump was 48hrs later, and I'd enjoy more opinions to make this team even better!

Must point here too, that the CroCune set is working wonderfully, better than I expected. I thought that Suicune in this new gen wouldn't be as great as it was in R/S/E. It isn't, but it is still great.
