RMT [OU]

RMT [OU]

Just assume that all IVs are flawless when you rate this team.

Timid Azelf @ Focus Sash
Levitate
6 HP | 252 SpA | 252 Spe
~Nasty Plot
~Psychic
~Flamethrower
~Grass Knot

Lead Azelf takes many opponents by surprise with its stellar Speed and use of Nasty Plot. Sash ensures it will live through on attack, while Nasty Plot sets it up to sweep, Flamethrower slays the likes of Skarmory and Forettress, and Grass Knot slays Swampert. If Azelf is switched out, it can be used as a free switch-in during a ground attack against Heatran, or a fighting attack against Heatran or Rhyperior.

Timid Heatran @ Choice Scarf
Flash Fire
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

~Fire Blast
~Earth Power
~Hidden Power Grass 70
~Dragon Pulse

Heatran comes in to cover for Scizor when the obvious fire attack is used against it. Scarfran's speed is very dangerous, as well as its Hidden Power that Swampert may never see coming.

Adamant Gyarados
Intimidate
252 Atk | 54 Def | 204 Spe
~Dragon Dance
~Waterfall
~Earthquake
~Ice Fang

Gyarados makes it easy for Heatran to switch in and out. For fear of Earthquake, if Azelf is already knocked out of play, Gyarados has Heatran covered. Intimidate can scare enemy Pokemon away, giving Gyara a free turn to Dance.

Adamant Scizor @ Life Orb
Technician
252 HP | 252 Atk | 6 Def
~Swords Dance
~X-scissor
~Bullet Punch
~Quick Attack

This Scizor isn't too difficult to figure out. One Swords Dance can be enough to obliterate my opponent's team. With Bullet Punch and Quick Attack boosted with Technician and Life Orb, Scizor is a force to be reckoned with. Heatran and Gyarados have Scizor's only weakness covered.

Impish Rhyperior @ Leftovers
Solid Rock
252 HP/252 Def/4 Atk
~Stealth Rock
~Stone Edge
~Earthquake
~Megahorn

Impish Rhyperior is a beast. It survives two max attack Metagross Meteor Mashes with HP to spare. Rhyperior is used to set up rocks and to cover the likes of Gyarados and Scizor. Rhyperior has the highest attack in Standard OU play, so even without an Attack boosting nature, this thing packs quite a punch.

Bold Spiritomb @ Leftovers
Pressure
248 HP/252 Def/8 SpAtt
~Dark Pulse
~Calm Mind
~Pain Split
~Will-o-Wisp

This Spiritomb walls both Physical and Special Attacks. Calm Mind is very useful against Physical Attackers that like to switch out after realizing they can't damage Tomb. Tomb can CM until it needs to Pain Split, then it reaks havoc with Dark Pulse. Will-O-Wisp is used to eliminate the threat of anything that attempts to set up against this team as well as extra damage to walls.

There you have it. My team. CnC is appreciated.

Quick Attack seems pretty redundant on Scizor; there is virtually no circumstance where using Bullet Punch is significantly worse than Quick Attack.

Instead, you might like to run Brick Break, which prevents Steels from locking you out and laughing at you.

Pretty good team.

Run Shadow Ball over Dark Pulse on Spiritomb since you are too slow to make use of the flinch chance.

Run 248 HP EVs on Scizor, so you aren't residual weak. You can slide the extra 4 in defense.

Rhyperior might want some SpD ev's, since Rhyperior already has the defense.

Hope it helps! =)
