RMT. OU!

Hey guys, This is my third rmt and my third pokemon team.
I have been having really bad luck lately
usually getting massive lossing streaks.
I have no idea what im doing wrong,
i guess im making the wrong decisions at the wrong time.. i have no idea..
Anyway this is one of the best teams ive made.
Thankyou For Reading And Hopefully Rating.

:)

Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash.
Ability: Pressure.
Evs:4hp / 252atk / 252spe.
Nature: Jolly.
Moveset:
~Taunt.
~Stealth Rock.
~Earthqauke.
~Rock Slide.

Description:

Aerodactyl can be beastly, some times averaging two kills a game
or just dieing without accomplising anything.
I was thinking about switching something for pursuit
to take on azef leads which can sometimes be painfull.
I usually always set up stealth rocks which really helps my team out.

pokemon-heartgold-soulsilver-gengar-sprite.png

Gengar @ Leftovers.
Ability: Levitate.
Evs: 4hp / 252spA / 252spe.
Nature: Timid.
Moveset:
~Substitute.
~Hypnosis.
~Shadow ball.
~Focus Blast.

Description:
Gengar is my early to midgame
sweeper as it can kill almost everything that it resits.
Usually i just hypnosis if i hit i either attack or substitute depending on my opponent.
Gengar can easily kill of 2 pokemon especially teaming up with blissey.

sprite.php

Jolteon @ Choice Specs.
Ability: Volt Absorb.
Evs: 252 SpA / 252spe / 4spD.
Nature: Timid.
Moveset:
~Thunderbolt.
~Signal Beam.
~Hidden Power Grass.
~Shadow Ball.

Description:
Well usually i hate jolteon and rarely use him but due to no other
electric type other than zapdoes and electvire, which i hate both of them.
Alright, this guy dosnt really help much except maybe kill the occasional
water type.
Dont have much to say about him much.
Suggestions on changing or different moveset?

Heatran @ Leftovers.
Ability: Flash Fire.
Evs : 252hp / 4spA / 252spA.
Nature:Calm.
Moveset:
~Roar.
~Protect.
~Flamethrower.
~Earth Power.

Description:
Not the usuall heatran set you would see on a team like mine,
i dont really have any other choices, other than infernape which ive already tryed and didnt work out.
I am open for any suggestions.

sprite.php

Blissey @ Leftovers.
Ability: Natural Cure.
Evs: 252hp / 252def / 4spe.
Nature: Bold.
Moveset:
~Wish.
~Protect.
~Toxic.
~Seismic toss.

Description:
Blissey works really well with my team especially genger,
switching out to gengar whenever i predict a ground/fighting move.
And i usually just wish and swap when my pokemon are down to low hp.
I dont really use toxic thinking of swithcing to thunder wave.

Gyrados @ Life Orb.
Ability: Intimidate.
Evs: 252atk / 4def / 252spe.
Nature: Jolly.
Moveset:
~Dragon Dance.
~Waterfall.
~Stone Edge.
~Earthqauke.

Description:
Gyrados is my late game sweeper when all its counters are gone
this guy is a beast and can just clean the remainders opponents pokemon.
I usually had a SubCM suicune in his place but since all my pokes are spec attackers bar aerodactyl i decided to swap to gyra.

Anyway thanks for reading, sorry for the sloppy descriptions im just in a rush and ive been putting this rmt on the site for ages now.

Thanks Guys.

Okay, i'm lost. What is this team trying to accomplish?

I think the main reason you're losing is because you lack a real team purpose. I read through and i didn't even get what your game plan is. Are you trying to set up Gyara? Or are you stalling until SR does the job?

I'm gonna assume Gyara is your plan, because i can't see any other way to win with this team. On that basis, you need to focus on eliminating Gyara's counters.

That would be Porygon2 (defensive), Bulky waters, Celebi and the occasional Skarmory.

The biggest threat i can see is probably Defensive Swampert, who Jolteon can't handle even with HP Grass (gets killed by Earthquake easily), and if Pert has HP Electric, you're screwed.

I'm goning to stop here, though, because there really isn't much advice i can give to a team that doesn't really have a game plan. When you figure out what you want to do with this team, then i'll see what i can do.
