RMT: Pink Power

One night out of boredom, I decided to create several teams based on colour. Pink, Blue, Green and Yellow seemed the best teams; and Pink is the first that I completed. Now this team meshes together really well, with some regular Pink Pokemon mixed with some Shinies. This is possibly the team that meshes together the best of the colour based teams I created and I am hoping for any input that can help me out. Remember if you feel that a Pokemon should be replaced, it's best that it's Pink as it's a Pink team, (it can be Pink when shiny though aswell!) Thanks a lot. :)

Frankly I don't see how Blissey is helping this team other than giving out Toxic.

I suggest replacing Blissey with Weavile, probably Choice Band and with a set of like, Ice Shard, Night Slash, Brick Break, Ice Punch. He's also pink, when you make him shiny. Fits the theme.

Blissey also serves as a special wall duh.... Id suggest to make blissey the wish passer set and replacing vapereon with weavile as your team has MAJOR dragon weakness (only mespirit can kind of wall the damned dragons). Otherwise its a pretty nice team for a mono color team.

For a team that's not really defensive, a special wall seems stupid. Vaporeon can take hits like a beast anyway.

How is red rain's team not defensive there are 2 walls ( swampert N Bliss) and 2 tanks (mespirit N vapereon)

Thanks for all your comments so far. Seeing as I want this to be a Wi-fi team aswell as on Shoddy, Wish Bliss would be out of the question due to the move being an event only one. I am definitely going to consider Weavile over Blissey. I could easily add Toxic over Fake Tears on the Vaporeon set. Is Weavile going to be a good choice due to all those Bullet Punches around? Couldn't Vaporeon be my Dragon Counter? He could use Toxic in his set or maybe Protect to help itself heal via Wish.

More input on my problemo would be fantastic. Thanks. :)

Hey, I like the color themed team idea! <,<; I ironically have a slightly color based team that I have been working on for a long time and just re-posted. I feel that Blissey could stay and bring an element of surprise for your offensive Pink team. Forgive me to support my own set, but... you could try

Blissey, Calm, Serene Grace, Chople Berry
252 Def / 80 SpA / 176 SpD
(Ice Beam) (Thunder) (Aromatherapy) (Soft Boiled)

I call it the Cheesemage set it is used on my Blissey, Hinawa *named after Lucas's mother from Mother 3. Blissey works with a surprisingly powerful Thunder-Beam combination and also can cleric the team / take sleep when you're playing by the sleep claus. I must admit that it isn't as reliable as the standard Cleric Blissey, but I enjoy a little chaos with the bad accuracy of Thunder, but it comes with a doubled chance of freeze!

I do believe that if you plan to use an offensive Blissey set like this... It would make Mesprit pointless. So, we need to find a replacement for Messy...

After having played around with your team and switching in / out some Pokemon I think you should definitely reconsider slots # 4 and 5 with Blissey and Mesprit. They don't help your teams synergy too much. Jirachi isn't too pink, but I think that it could be an interesting addition with its shiny form. Your team doesn't have any Dragon counters except for Swampert and Jirachi could help with that. Or, like previously suggested you could use Weavile, which could revenge kill dragons pretty nicely.

Those are some things for you to think about, but one thing I think you should definately change is to make Infernape a mixed sweeper. Its so well designed for the job and you may find yourself in situations where a fire punch just won't cut it.

Good luck with your team, I hope I was some help! Also, in response to your response Macc is derived off of Macaroni and Cheese. I am all about the Cheese though...

Thanks alot Macc, I see your the cheese maniac. :D Is Macc short for Maccaroni Cheese? XD I looked at your team, but I'm crap with giving advice back out, so forgive me for not commenting. :P

Jirachi is nice, but finding one is bad enough, nevermind a shiny version, so I don't think I'll use that. Shiny Weavile is becoming a really nice option over Blissey, and I think it may be the route to take. Vapoeron can take Blissey's role as special wall sort of, and I would could add Toxic over Fake Tears, although Toxic isn't necessary at all. Thanks for that advice on Blissey and Infernape. I'll have a look at some mixed Infernape's sets. :)

I know that a Blissey on a pink team is obvious, but you already got Vaporeon. It's a waste of a slot.

Since you're going for a pink colored team anyway, Try Lickilicky.
It's got a big movepool and many different options.
Give it a try instead of Blissey. She's way too predictable.

Yeah, I did think of Lickilicky as it's really unpredictable, yet I thought I'd have too many normal types, yet if it replaces Blissey, that wouldn't be a problem. Looks like it's either Lickilicky or Shiny Weavile, and at the moment, I have no clue which to use. :S
