RMT: Shiny Beautifly

150px-348Armaldo.png

Armaldo @ Leftovers
Ability: Battle Armor
Nature: Impish (+Defense, -Special Attack)
Purpose: Lead
EV: 252 Attack / 252 HP / 4 Defense
1. X-Scissor
2. Stone Edge
3. Stealth Rock
4. Swords Dance
Not very fast, but amazing Attack stat with Swords Dance and STAB from both Stone Edge and X-Scissor.
Set up Stealth Rock and either: 1. Use Swords Dance and then destroy them with either attacking move or
2. Switch out. With a good Defense, a supporting nature, and 252 HP EV's, one hit KO's are less common.
From the NU/UU tier, a kill from this thing will also make opponent look like idiot.

267Beautifly.png

Beautifly @ Focus Sash
Ability: Swarm
Nature: Docile (No Stat Change)
Purpose: Special Sweeper
EV: 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed / 4 HP
1. Shadow Ball
2. Energy Ball
3. Bug Buzz
4. Psychic
I am not completely sure about using this, but the one I have is shiny with a fine nature so why not. Covers
several types, but is very frail so I gave it a Focus Sash. Not the most powerful thing or the fastest but can do some serious damage to common threats in the UU and NU Tiers. And with the Focus Sash, at 1 HP with a Strong hit from Bug Buzz can do some damage, along with STAB. A very, very, very uncommon Special Sweeper.

200px-134Vaporeon.png

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
Nature: Bold (+Defense, -Attack)
Purpose: Tank, Team Support
EV: 196 HP / 200 Defense / 114 Special Attack
1. Surf
2. Wish
3. Ice Beam
4. Substitute
This is the perfect counter for DD Mences with a SubWish tank set. Use Wish first, then use Substitute, and last use either Ice Beam (for Flygon, Dragonite and threatening Grass types) or Surf as a STAB move which can deal some damage. The Wish will heal whatever HP was lost, along with Leftovers, after using Substitute or if you need to switch out, it will heal next Pokémon. Defense ev's to make defense equal to Special defense and HP ev's for tanking. Special Attack ev's to help do even more damage to enemies with Surf/Ice Beam.

210px-257Blaziken.png

Blaziken @ Choice Band???
Ability: Blaze
Nature: Adamant (+Attack, -Special Attack)
Purpose: Physical Sweeper
EV: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4 Special Defense
1. Sky Uppercut
2. Flare Blitz
3. Blaze Kick
4. ThunderPunch
Many say Infernape is better, which it may be in some ways, but I like Blaziken better. Flare Blitz for serious
damage with STAB-Choice Band-Nature-EV boost. Blaze kick with all the same advantages, but just in case I
can't spare the extra recoil. Sky Uppercut for STAB move and to do some damage against Pokémon using the move Fly or to cover the Steel/Rock types that may know Earthquake but be slower. ThunderPunch to take out flying types and water types, two of four weaknesses.

150px-466Electivire.png

Electivire @ Expert Belt
Ability: Motor Drive
Nature: Adamant (+Attack, -Special Attack)
Purpose: Physical Sweeper
EV: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4 HP
1. ThunderPunch
2. Cross Chop
3. Ice Punch
4. Earthquake
A Physical sweeper that can also be used to back up Blaziken or Beautifly in a tough case. With the variety of moves, Expert Belt comes in handy. ThunderPunch for STAB move with both nature and EV boost. Cross Chop to take out switched in Rock/Steel types with the common Earthquake threat. Ice Punch and Earthquake are just slot fillers with extreme physical power and type coverage.

190px-094Gengar.png

Gengar @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid (+Speed, -Attack)
Purpose: Revenge Killer, Special Sweeper
EV: 252 Speed / 252 Special Attack / 4 Special Defense
1. Shadow Ball
2. Dark Pulse
3. Sludge Bomb
4. Will-O-Wisp
Was never going to use Gengar until Revenge Killer strategy was brought to mind. With amazing Speed and Special Attack stats, it’s perfect for a RevKill. After whatever faints, just send it in, and with its Speed stat, attack first, and with its SpeAttack stat, do a huge amount of damage to opponent. Shadow Ball as the common move for Gengar. Sludge Bomb to hit the Normal types I can't hit with Shadow Ball and to cover Psychic weakness with STAB. Dark Pulse to also cover weaknesses and because it’s a good slot filler. Will-O-Wisp for burning enemies that I’m expecting to be switched out or switched in.

may i suggest a lead one that knows stealth rock spikes or toxic spikes and teaching your beautifly u-turn and maybe substitute on gengar wouldnt be a bad idea but your e-vire looks pretty much the best you can make it good job anyhow but if you do keep b-fly the same a modest nature[+sp.atk -atk] would be better

For starters, try to rebuild this team in a MORE competitive standpoint.

There are several things wrong/iffy/weird in your Pokemons' descriptions as well:

This is the perfect counter for DD Mences with a SubWish tank set. Use Wish first, then use Substitute, and last use either Ice Beam (for Flygon, Dragonite and threatening Grass types) or Surf as a STAB move which can deal some damage. The Wish will heal whatever HP was lost, along with Leftovers, after using Substitute or if you need to switch out, it will heal next Pokémon. Defense ev's to make defense equal to Special defense and HP ev's for tanking. Special Attack ev's to help do even more damage to enemies with Surf/Ice Beam.

Your HP and Def EV's need to be maxed out to be an effective bulky water. Here are some calcs based on your current spread:
+Nature LO Mence Outrage (232 Atk) - 72.2% - 85.3%
+Nature +1Atk LO Mence Outrage (232 Atk) - 98.7% - 116.2%
+Nature LO Mence DragonClaw (232 Atk) - 44.0% - 52.0%
+Nature +1Atk LO Mence DragonClaw (232 Atk) - 66.0% - 78.0%

Basically, almost every move that Mence had can 2HKO you, which means that you will probably be dead as you switch in (thinking that your Vaporeon can damage it.

That said, I'd suggest swapping out Psychic on Beautifly for Stun Spore (too bad it doesn't learn Sleep Powder), especially since you're running a Focus Sash. Chances are, in OU, you're not going to be doing much damage, so inflicting status is your best bet.

Apart from Gengar your team doesn't really have much speed, so try running the Agility sweeping set on Blaziken (taken from the Smogon Analysis):

Blaziken @ Life Orb/Expert Belt
Rash: 192 Atk / 252 SpA / 64 Spe
-Agility
-Fire Blast
-Superpower
-HP Electric/Grass

Replace Black Sludge on Gengar with Life Orb, and I'd suggest replacing Dark Pulse with Focus Blast. Sludge Bomb hits hard enough against any Psychic types that give you trouble.

Armaldo isnt really a great lead in OU, common things like Metagross and Swampert destroy it. You might want to try something with taunt to prevent rocks being set up (because your Beautifly is 4X weak). Something like a taunt Aerodactyal who can set up rocks and is similar but better than Armaldo works well enough. If you really want to keep him as your lead at least run Rapid Spin/ Stealth Rock/ Rock Blast/ X Scissor.

a lot can be changed in this team such as the natures on some of your pokemon and the fact that some are totally inferior to others, but its obviously for Wi-fi so i would assume you would be pretty reluctant to change anything

Armaldo @ Leftovers
Ability: Battle Armor
Nature: Impish (+Defense, -Special Attack)
Purpose: Lead
EV: 252 Attack / 252 HP / 4 Defense
1. X-Scissor
2. Stone Edge
3. Stealth Rock
4. Swords Dance
Not very fast, but amazing Attack stat with Swords Dance and STAB from both Stone Edge and X-Scissor.

2. Switch out. With a good Defense, a supporting nature, and 252 HP EV's, one hit KO's are less common.
From the NU/UU tier, a kill from this thing will also make opponent look like idiot. I think your lead could be something better. Try a Leadgross.
Metagross @ Occa Berry/Leftovers
Adamant Nature
-Stealth Rock
-Bullet Punch
-Earthquake
-Explosion
Got a higher attack stat, better typing and bulk too. It also gives you Stealth Rock, which is a must for pretty much any team.

Beautifly @ Focus Sash
Ability: Swarm
Nature: Docile (No Stat Change)
Purpose: Special Sweeper
EV: 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed / 4 HP
1. Shadow Ball
2. Energy Ball
3. Bug Buzz
4. Psychic
I am not completely sure about using this, but the one I have is shiny with a fine nature so why not. Covers

And with the Focus Sash, at 1 HP with a Strong hit from Bug Buzz can do some damage, along with STAB. A very, very, very uncommon Special Sweeper.
Struggling to see why Beautifly is here. You say its a sweeper, yet it has a base speed stat of 65. If you want a great sweeper that doesn't lose 50% to Stealth Rock, then I think maybe Azelf will help you in that regard. Especially Nasty Plot Azelf.
Azelf @ Expert Belt
252 SPA, 252 SPE, 6 HP
Timid Nature
-Nasty Plot
-Psychic
-Fire Blast
-Grass Knot
Azelf has great speed, great special attack and it loses 'only' 12% to SR.

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
Nature: Bold (+Defense, -Attack)
Purpose: Tank, Team Support
EV: 196 HP / 200 Defense / 114 Special Attack
1. Surf
2. Wish
3. Ice Beam
4. Substitute
This is the perfect counter for DD Mences with a SubWish tank set. Use Wish first, then use Substitute, and last use either Ice Beam (for Flygon, Dragonite and threatening Grass types) or Surf as a STAB move which can deal some damage. Defense ev's to make defense equal to Special defense and HP ev's for tanking. Special Attack ev's to help do even more damage to enemies with Surf/Ice Beam.
Just as a note, your Vaporeon is Gyarados Set-up Bait. Since you have no revenge killer, a +1 DDdos can sweep this team. As such, I suggest HP Electric over Substitute and Protect over Ice Beam. While you lose your OHKO on Mence, the ability to stop Gyarados is much better in my opinion.

I know it may seem retarded, but I think you might want a CB Scizor here. Scizor has a great priority move, which allows you to take DDMence down after it uses Outrage. CB Bullet Punch will OHKO Salamence after it attacks once and with SR damage.
Scizor @ Choice Band
Technician and Adamant Nature
248 HP, 252 ATK, 8 SPE
-Bullet Punch
-U-Turn
-Pursuit
-Superpower
Its the most used Pokemon for a reason. Great power behind a priorty move which KOs some very prominent threats. U-Turn is great for scouting.

I am not seeing why Electivire is here for starters. There is no Pokemon that has a surefire way of luring an electric attack. If there is no Electric-type attack, then Electivire cannot sweep. I cannot think of any improvements to make however. However, I believe that Machamp would be just as useful in this place.
Machamp @ Leftovers
Adamant Nature, No Guard ability
252 HP / 128 Atk / 128 Spe
-Dynamic Punch
-Stone Edge / Payback
-Ice Punch / Thunder Punch
-Bulk Up
The moves can change, depending on what you want to hit. Always set up with Bulk Up. Stone Edge in case you don't like Mence or Dos, Payback for Ghosts who switch into Dynamic Punch. An Elemental Punch for the Dragons if you opt for Payback and Thunder Punch for Bulky Water Pokemon that try to wall you.

If you want a great revenge killer, then slap a Choice Scarf onto this guy. A few moveset changes to make too. Put Thunderbolt over Dark Pulse and Focus Blast over Sludge Bomb. Also, the last place can be Will-O-Wisp, but its not that helpful for Gengar. I think you should try HP Ice or Fire or even Trick in that place. Dark Pulse hits the same things as Shadow Ball does for SE damage, only SB gets STAB. Sludge Bomb is not helpful as it hits only Celebi (in OU anyway) for SE damage and there are lots of Steel-Type Pokemon that would love a free switch-in (Read Agiligross or SubCMJirachi)

My notes are in bold in case you didn't realise (but I think you should).
