Aserates(*) are members that must stay on the team, or it loses its meaning. Does not mean that the set can change but the Pokémon must stay.

BURN IT ALL DOWN! (Charizard-Mega-Y) @ Charizardite Y *
Ability: Drought
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Weather Ball
- Solar Beam
- Focus Blast
- Roost

The wallbreaker. Standard Char Y stats and moveset. Weather Ball over Fire Blast because I don't want to rely on too many inaccurate moves (looking at Focus mis- I mean Focus Blast). Solar Beam to deal with Water types after the Mega Evolution and hit Dondozo through the defense boosts. Focus Blast... I hate missing my moves... but I do understand that Mega Tyranitar is a problem if it switches in and Mega Evolves. So... I accept that I have to use it to avoid getting sand chipped and Pursuit trapped. Roost is a way to recover HP from accidental Stealth Rocks or taking too much damage from switching in.

Spin right round (Great Tusk) @ Heavy-Duty Boots *
Ability: Protosynthesis
EVs: 252 HP / 92 Atk / 120 Def / 44 Spe
Impish Nature
- Headlong Rush
- Ice Spinner
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock

The main physical wall and Zamazenta counter. Heavy-Duty Boots to avoid getting worn down by hazards. The EV spread is to have a high enough defense to take 4 Close Combat hits from Zamazenta and outspeed Moltres, with the remainder in Attack. Headlong Rush to KO Gholdengo and do massive damage. Ice Spinner to hit Gliscor, Garchomp, and Landorus. Rapid Spin to get rid of hazards like Spikes, Stealth Rock, Sticky Web, and Toxic Spikes. Stealth Rock is a way to chip down switches for powerful special attackers like Tapu Lele.

GIraf (Raging Bolt) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Protosynthesis
EVs: 40 HP / 252 SpA / 216 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 20 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Thunderclap
- Draco Meteor
- Weather Ball

This is the oddball set. Raging bolt with Choice scarf. Choice Scarf allows it to outspeed a max-speed, Timid Nature Tapu Koko. Max special attack to do a lot more damage. The 40 remaining EVs are placed in HP for extra survivability. Volt Switch as a pivot move and for damage. Thunderclap to catch other Choice scarfers off guard. Draco Meteor to just poke holes in anything not a Fairy type. Weather Ball as coverage against the Ground types without having to drop Special Attack.

pivot (Alomomola) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Flip Turn
- Wish
- Toxic
- Protect

The slow pivot of the team. The EVs are max physical and special defense(boosting on the physical side). Min speed to get the slowest pivot; with Flip Turn, possible and outspeeding other Alomomola isn’t important. Wish to heal all teammates. Protect to scout what a Choice Lock Pokémon is going to do. Toxic to put a timer on setup mons.

And CUT! (Kartana) @ Grassium Z
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 136 HP / 120 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Leaf Blade
- Knock Off
- Defog
- Synthesis

The secondary hazard remover. The HP EV allows Kartana to survive a Superpower from Ogerpon W. Max Speed to outspeed base 100s. The Attack EV allows Bloom Doom to KO offensive Garchomp. Leaf Blade as a STAB move. Knock Off for Gholdengo and useful to get rid of opposing boots. Defog to clear Hazards. Synthesis to heal up when low.

Kingambit @ Assault Vest
Ability: Supreme Overlord
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Pursuit
- Sucker Punch
- Low Kick

The trapper of the team(Mega Tyranitar is a no-go due to 1. A mega char Y and 2. Sand does not go well with Sun). Assault vest for tanking special attacks. Max Attack and Speed EVs to jump on other Kingambits and hurt them like hell. Knock Off as a strong STAB move. Pursuit to trap Dark-weak Pokémon and special walls. Sucker Punch(not really a punch) for priority. Low Kick for other Kingambits and Mega Tyranitar. However, I think Iron Head might be more useful for Fairy types. And I think the EV spread might need some reworking.

I really like playing Sun with all the protosysthesis mons. However... I know that this team feels like something is off. Like something is missing.

What is missing? And how can I fix that issue?
