RmT: Sweeper

As stated in the topic this is primarily a sweeper team. I have tried this team out in numerous battles and the key problems were Milotic and Abomasnow mainly, but I also had trouble with some others as well:

This is the first team I have constructed and would like to know how they worked together. I would like your opinions on the following team...

images

Swampert(LEAD): Leftovers
-Ice beam
-EQ
-Stealthrock
-Waterfall
EVs: 252 HP / 196 Def / 60 SAtk
Relaxed Nature
Swampert has great type and will make a great lead with Ice Beam/SR. I like it's typing which is why a picked it. Although 4xGrass weakness is horrbile. I need to get Stealth rock in and then try to bring enemy hp down and switch out. It is my main defense for Salamence/Dragonite. I will also be using it as a lead.

Latias: Life Orb
-Calm Mind
-Dragon Pulse
-Recover
-Surf
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid
Latias/Calm Mind can take out a bunch of enemy hp. I need to use Latias when I am in dire need of taking out a dragon pokemon. I chose Latias as it would be a much better replacement for Alakazam and can actually make Calm Mind/Recover work.

Zapdos:Leftovers
-Thunderbolt
-Heatwave/U-Turn
-Roost
-Roar
EVs: 248 HP / 228 Def / 32 Spd
Bold Nature
Zapdos is for any DD Gyrados and I can have great strategies with it's moveset. First, If I use U-turn I can switch out when and ice/rock pokemon show or Heatwave as a Grass defense. Roar is great for taking away any Stat boosting moves. It's Special attack is great with Base 110? I added sdef evs so that Ice beam/SE dont take it down too fast.

Tyranitar: Leftovers
-Dragon Dance
-Stone Edge
-Crunch
-Taunt
EVs: 76 HP / 252 Atk / 180 Spd
Adamant Nature
TTAR is a great sweeper if I can get in atleast 2 attacks. I was thinking of maybe using Life orb so I wouldn't have to use dragon dance, but the bad speed lacked so I decided out of it. The plan is to OHKO as many pokemon as possible and the Ev's and nature are mainly for his attack. Taunt is so I wont get any Llight Screen/Reflect/Recovery moves.

images

Gliscor:Leftovers/Life Orb
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
- Knock Off
- U-turn
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
TTAR/Gliscor work as a pair
Sandstream helps Sand Veil take effect so Gliscor can use Knock off. I chose high defense for ev's because I need him to stay in battle for as long as possible then I can use U-Turn if any water/Ice pokemon happen to be sent out. Life orb would be great for taking out other pokes. I basically chose him for his great ability.

Scizor: Life Orb
-Swords Dance
-X-Scissor
-Bullet Punch
-Pursuit
EVs: 176 HP / 100 Atk / 56 Spd / 176 SDef
Adamant Nature
Scizor/Swords Dance/Bullet Punch can take out remaining pokemon plus Pursuit can have those special KO's with Psychic/Ghost switching out. Also his typing is great since there won't be too much trouble with any UU teams. Furthermore Swords Dance/Life orb can seriously SWEEP and I have OHKO potential with Bullet Punch/Scissor Stab

As you can, see it is pretty well balance and they work like a charm in battle, but I feel that I have to fix all my weaknesses and I need help...

U-turn is redundant on your zapdos is you already have U-turn.

Ice fang has weak power, esp. with no STAB. Try putting on something like aerial ace, with better power (From STAB) and better accuracy.

Put bug bite on Sizor. With technician and STAB, it has 120 power, which is over x-scissor's STAB 105.
It also steals berries, meaning no instant rest recovery, no yache berries, and no lum berries.
