RMT - VGC, Paris

As it says in the title, this is my team for the VGC in Paris, which is happening next month. It is by no means a perfect team, and I was hoping that by posting here I'd be able to increase my chances of success:D
I'm struggling to think of EV spreads for my team, also, so I will post the IVs that I currently have, so I'm hoping this will help when deciding a specific spread for each individual.
Without further ado, here is my team:

Gyarados @ Lum Berry
30/31/31/x/31/31
Adamant nature
Ability: Intimidate
- Taunt
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge

Electivire @ Focus Sash
25/26/17/26/30/30
Hasty nature
Ability: Motor Drive
- Follow Me
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake

Pretty much, my lead consists of a Follow Me Electivire and a Gyarados, the idea is fairly obvious, but many people do not realise that Electivire can gain Follow Me through XD and are therefore oblivous to the fact that any Electric moves aimed at Gyarados will raise Electivire's speed instead. Whilst Electivire is using Follow Me the basic plan is to use Dragon Dance on Gyarados so both his Attack and Speed become bossted and he is then able to outrun any non-scarfed pokemon (which are fairly rare in Double Battles anyway), and at the same time have a higher than usual attack stat which could cause some serious damage to many foes. The move combination on both Pokemon allows for very good coverage against the more common leads, and at the same time can easily shut down any Trick Room teams, with Taunt, which otherwise cause a lot of hassle. I prefer to run a slightly mixed version of Electivire as Thunderbolt can hit Gyarados harder after Intimidate has been factored in and tends to do more damage to most other water types if I have a significant amount of EV investment in Special Attack. The Focus Sash on Electivire allows him to withstand any Stone Edges that were originally aimed at Gyarados, as well as any untimely Earthquakes from other enemies. The Lum Berry on Gyarados is obviously there to prevent status ailments hindering his sweep, that concludes my leading two Pokemon, now for the others.

Latias @ Leftovers
29/x/29/29/31/31
Timid nature
Ability: Levitate
- Dragon Pulse
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic
- Protect

This can help sponge some special attacks, as it resists Electric, Water and Fire types, as well as a few more, and it is also immune to ground attacks due to its Levitate ability. Dragon Pulse can hit many things for aneutral damage and also hits the ever so common Kingdra, Salamence and other Lati@s for Super Effective damage. Thunderbolt takes on opposing Gyarados as well as other water types, and Intimidate does not disadvantage Latias at all so this is a pretty decent counter to popular Gyarados, in my opinion. Psychic deals with any Infernapes and can also kill of any Trick Room users who have a Machamp on their team. Protect is mainly for scouting, and also helps when it comes to predicting an unwanted Explosion. Leftovers just provides a small percentage of health to be regained at the end of each turn, this also works well when paired with Protect as it allows Latias to heal an extra bit of health whilst avoiding any damage. I'm not too sure about this set, and I am considering using a Latios instead as it packs more fire power, which may prove more useful. Furthermore, I'm not entirely certain on the moveset and the item might also need to be changed, this would definitely be the Pokemon I need most help on when it comes to making changes. Now for the final Pokemon.

Metagross @ Occa Berry
31/31/31/x/31/31
Adamant nature
Ability: Clear Body
- Bullet Punch
- Meteor Mash
- Earthqauke
- Protect

This set is taken straight from the analysis, but it seems to be a very solid Pokemon to have on any team, including my own. Bullet Punch provides a neccesary priority move and can still do a decent amount of damage to the more frailer Pokemon. Meteor Mash does even more damage than Bullet Punch at the cost of priority but it can score some nice KOs which should prove useful. Earthquake is mainly to take out any opposing Fire Types who cuase Metagross some hassle, and the equipped Occa Berry helps to deal with their STAB attacks allowing for me to KO with the Earthquake after they have hit me. Protect is again there to scout and to avoid explosions, which seem too common for my liking. I can't say I'm a big fan of Metagross but it appears in almost every team I have seen, so I assume it is used for good reason.

As I have already said, my team is by no means perfect, so any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. EV spreads and moveset changes are probably what would help me out the most if you're willing to offer assisstance:D
Thanks for any help in advance.

First off i would like to say good luck in Paris as I will be participating in Nashville, Tennessee on June 13th. Hope to see you at worlds!!!

Now as far as your team here are my thoughts.....No Synergy

Dragon dance Gyrados is a no no because of two reasons: 1-Discharge & Rock slide owns right through the follow-me tactic as they are multi target moves. 2- opposing taunters!! Think about it(one taunt against either pokemon ruins your plan) there are fast taunters out there (Aerodactyl[who has STAB Rock Slide], Gengar, Azelf to name a few). you are owned right there.

Electvire is roadkill because Earthquake is a guaranteed to be on 80% of the Physical attackers you face. Read some other VGS RMT's

As far as the others I find no faults in Metagross or Latias as they are exceptional if used in the right hands.
