I meant to close the vote yesterday, my bad, and we have learned of a user making multiple alts to vote for BW, so with that in mind and the cutoff being midnight last night, it would have been tied. So in light of this, we will go with RBY this time around, and we will work on how to decide future tiebreaks if needed again.
