Sorry, sorry...I apologize for being late, I never received any pop-up notifications, and assumed that you didn't show up.
I'd really appreciate it if we could still have our match regardless...once again, I'm sorry if I inconvenienced you.
Sorry, but I’m headed to dinner right now and am unlikely to be able to play tonight after that
Oh no...of course, of all the times I had to get forced into doing something else...if you could please find the time to play within the next three hours, before the deadline hits, I would greatly appreciate it...and, I don't know how to say all of this without sounding like I'm trying to get pity points...but I'm genuinely sorry, and I really would be grateful if we could still have our match.
