    THE LEAD

    porygon-Z
    EVS: 252 Sp.A 252 Spd
    Nature: Timid
    Abiliy Download
    Item: Salac Berry
    Moves:
    Charge Beam
    Ice Beam
    Tri-Attack
    Dark Pulse
The idea for this set is to charge beam my Sp.A up 1 to 3 stages. He can take one hit but it will take his health down to 25% or lower therefore activating the Salac berry where his speed will be 453 at which point he will sweep with amazing speed and Sp.A. Since he has high Sp.A anyways I might replace charge beam with thunder bolt or roar after my forretress sets up to to destroy. I might add hyper beam instead of tri attack to take out a pokemon , raise my speed, Then Sweep.
    THE SET-UP

    FORRETRESS
    EVS: 252 Sp.D 252 HP
    Nature: Sassy
    Ability: Sturdy
    Item: Sitrus Berry/ Occa Berry
    Moves:
    Spikes
    Toxic Spikes
    Stealth Rock
    Gyro Ball
Forretress will be a set up. I capitalize on Sp.D and my attack move is gyro ball. I want to know about sitrus or occa berry to last longer and put more set ups. I didn’t give him explosion because if he survives well I can set up again after rapid spin. My main problem is taunt gyarados who is relatively slow and resists my gyro ball do I’m left for dead.
    THE SWEEPER

    LUCARIO
    EVS: 128 Sp.D 128 Def 252 Spd or 252HP 252 Spd
    Nature: Jolly
    Ability: Inner Focus
    Item: Salac Berry
    Moves:
    Swords Dance
    Close Combat
    Rock Slide
    Extreme Speed
I’m gonna use my resistances to my advantage here by Swords Dancing until I activate my salac berry where I sweep. I did not use stone edge because it doesn’t have reliable accuracy and if I miss with only 25% or less or my health I’m a goner swords dancers also supply a problem.
    ROAR
    imgres

    DRAGONITE
    EVS: 128 Sp.D 128Def /252 HP 252Sp.Atk or 252 HP 128 Sp.D 128 Def
    Nature: Adamant/Timid/Naïve
    Ability: Inner Focus
    Item: Yache Berry/Salac Berry/Lum Berry
    Moves:
    Mist
    Draco Meteor
    Roost
    Roar
I will probably use Salac Berry for the sake of upping his speed and so he can roar all my opponents pokemon into set up. I will roost when My health is low and my attacks are mist, Draco Meteor Sweep, Mist, Draco meteor Sweep. Roar will get rid of pesky steel types. I might replace roar with Superpower or heal bell. The lum berry would let me survive poison or paralysis. I need Salac berry since I don’t have dragon dance. A Dragon dancer would have Mist, dragon Dance, Super Power/Extreme speed, Draco meteor
    MEGA-WIND

    STARAPTOR
    EVS:252Spd 252Atk
    Nature: Jolly
    Ability:Intimidate
Item: Focus Sash/Life Orb/Salac or Liechi Berry
    Moves:
    Close Cambat
    Brave Bird
    U-Turn/Roost
    Whirl Wind
My Superior speed here will let me spam whirl wind. Life orb would go with roost but liechi berry would raise my attack when someone hit before me and U-Turn would let me escape to a wall. But in case I cannot take a hit I might survive I will want to put on a focus sash so after I can kill it but there is stealth rock to worry about.
    PENGUIN REAPER

    EMPOLEON
    EVS: 252 Spd 128 Def and Sp.def or 252Sp.A 252HP/128 Def and Sp.D
    Nature: Modest
    Ability: Torrent
    Item: Petaya Berry
    Moves:
    Agility
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Roar
I like the petaya berry but can U-Turn to empoleon and then Agility till I activate torent and the petaya berry then sweep. I will have my roarers and whirl winders take out water types or whatever else I may not be able to beat.
    THE MIGHT ADD SPECIAL WALL

    BLISSEY
    EVS: 252 HP/252 Def 252 Sp.A
    Nature: Bold
    Ability: Serene Grace
    Item: Ganlon berry/Leftovers
    Moves:
    Soft Boil
    Charge Beam
    Ice Beam/Defence Buff
    Flame Thrower/Defence buff
If I add him I may take out a member and add a scizor iron defense and baton bass. This then will be a true wall and Sp.A. Or I could use the hp to use a speed buff then charge beam my Sp.A to amazing amounts. Ganlon berry would raise my defense but Leftovers would support my extremely amazing health stat. while bold would make my Def 130 and one stage would make it 195 and also I have soft boil. My main Problem is I already have 3 guy weak to fighting but staraptor can handle them and my roar guys could take out Physical Attackers.
    WALL OPTION 2

    UMBREON
    EVS: 252 HP 252 SP. D
    Nature: Careful
    Ability: Synchronize
    Item: Leftovers
    Moves:
    Curse
    Payback
    Wish
    Moonlight
Basically I curse 6 stages and then I leave it all to payback and heal with wish and moonlight.

I have at least one resistance or unaffected to everything else but electric so I might add earthquake to lucario or maybe a physical dragonite with earthquake, super power, mist, dragon dance.

Sorry but I need to step in here. Whirlwind always goes last so Staraptor's speed won't help. I would remove Porygon Z and put in a lead like Gliscor or Infernape. Replace Empoleon's Roar with Substitute. I would give Forretress Earthquake and have only one setup attack since you'll never get that many up before you get KOed. Put Rapid Spin on it for utility. Blissey will probably need toxic and always have leftovers on it. Dragonite doesn't need roar or mist. Give it Dragon Dance and Superpower to help sweep. I hope these changes will help your team.

I gotta step in sorry. Replace Porygon Z with Gliscor or some other lead. Give Forretress Rapid Spin, Explosion, and Earthquake (and leftovers). Give Lucario a life orb and replace Dragonite's mist and roar with Superpower and Dragon Dance to help sweep. Give Empoleon Substitute instead of roar and give Blissey leftovers and toxic instead of charge beam. I hope this will help your team.

Don't use Hyper Beam on Porygon-Z. It just set-up bait. You Hyper Beam, if you KO then switch in like an AgiLuke and sweep your team. Lol. Always use Tri-attack.

I am curious as to how to fairs against other leads since it appears to be an anti-lead. It's an intresting sight to see it as an anti-lead and I hope it works.

Azelf- Dark Pulse 2HKO, they set-up SR. I view that has a win.
Aerodactly - Ice Beam 2HKO, they set-up SR. Same situation.
Swampert: Tri-Attack does 46.4% - 54.9%. You need to bank on hax to win. If not 3HKO. They usually set-up SR. Lose in my view.
Machamp: Tri-Attack does 53.5% - 63%. 2HKO. They Dynamic Punch you and do 153.1% - 181.4%. Very lose.
Metagross: Very lose. T-bolt only hits 32.2% - 38%. 3HKO or 4HKO. The set-up SR and more than likely KO you.
Jirachi: Same boat, but with less damage. 26.6% - 31.3% to be exact. Your probably Scarfed and they SR and then Para you. Very lose.
Infernape: Fake-out + CC = KO. Lose
Ninjask: Name something that beats this thing. Lose.
Roserade: Lol sleep. You switch and free set-up for them. Yeah!
Hippowdon: Ice beam does 59% - 70%. If they Stockpile you then do 40% - 47.1%. Even chance to 2HKO. If not it's a 3HKO. Win. They can only SR or Roar you.
Tyranitar: Er... fail. You barely dent it. Big Lose.
Heatran: T-Bolt does 23.2% - 27.6%. Lose.
Smeargle: Hmmm. Sash means you always sleep so... you bring down to sash and then they set-up entry hazards while you wake up. Lose.
Uxie: This thing tanks you. DP does 27.1% - 32.2%. I use DS Uxie lead so you lose big time.
Starmie: DP does 52.1% - 62.1%. 2HKO. Your either Scarfed or they beat you to the KO. Lose.

Well, Porygon-Z does NOT make a good lead as it only beats 3 out of the top 15 leads. The idea seems really neat and unique but it won't fly. The only lead who manages to sweep from the start is Poliwrath.

Well if this team is dedicated stall, all types of entry hazards, you pretty much need a spin blocker. A rotom form always is the right choice for any team.

All types of entry hazards on Forre isn't smart. Change atleast 2 of them.

Don't use Salac Berry on Lucario prehaps? In this Meta-game getting one is rewarding. Don't be greedy when you'll likely be 2HKO'd.

Roar always goes last so using Salac isn't smart. Mist is pretty silly on any pokemon unless you really fear DDNite or DDGyara or something along the likes. Other than that replace it.

Focus Sash doesn't work outside of lead without Rapid Spin support.
Once again, WW / Roar always makes you go last so speed doesn't matter.

Charge beam on a Blissey... Use T-Wave or something.

Honestly, use the standard sets off of Smogon before throwing random sets together thinking they work. It really doesn't turn out the way you want it to.

This team does need a lot of work and I hope my suggestions will help somewhat.

I'd say this is a case of you needing to study the Smogon Analysis's more. NONE of these Pokemon are being played right. I'd suggest changes, but I would be editing your entire team into something different. If you want me to, I'd be more than happy to try and help you out, but I think nothing I could say would be as beneficial as reading through Smogon's wonderful Analysis's, which can be found here: http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/

A rather large problem here is that Whirlwind or roar makes you go last. The only way to use whirlwind or roar before another pokemon is through assist or metronome and both of course are gimmicks (or them using roar or whirlwind themselves but really don't count on it). Also the ganlon berry on blissey is useless. People have tried charm and defence curl blissey, and neither really works, as you are easily tricked a scarf, phazed, or set up on. Do not sacrifice your lefties for a one time berry. Mist is completely useless on dragonite, and has NOOOOO use competively, as if someone lowers your stats you just get a free switch (lucien is thinking of haze). (draco meteor will still lower your special attack). In any case you need substitute on empoleon for that set to work at all as other wise you will be killed before petaya can do anything. It is ideal you test a team before you put it on here, as otherwise people will have to use a wrecking ball to get it to work. In simpler words short of changing a ton of movesets and pokes there isn't much you can do to help this. I hate to put it this way but it would be easier to just scrap the team and try again with some help from someone.

Huge fighting weakness. The Lucario below can handle your team in no time if Forretress dies, which probably happens soon after the first few layers.

Lucario @Life Orb
Adamant/252Atk/252Spe/4Hp
Swords Dance|Close Combat|Ice Punch|Extremespeed

Which is getting quite common nowadays.

Otherwise, the synergy seems to just hang together and might break under powerful wallbreakers.

With the life orb I can sweep and heal my health and all the dangers are gone with a u-turn. If leftover swords dance will give me sweep power along with healing ability or I could pass on my power If infernape and Gliscor have U-Turn there would three fast U-Turners on my Team.

ROOST
I will just dragon dance six stages and roost if health goes low and if ice type is put out I attack. Outrage will be used twice with lum berry and super power after 6 stages can be used to take out steel types one for every dragon dance but defence might be a little problem

I think might add a Infernape so I need to ask if I should have a Physical or Special infernape and if a Physical I have this set

Expert Belt
Close Combat
Ice Punch
Earthquake
U-Turn/Slack Off

Sorry to complain, but you clearly haven't followed the advice of anyone; surely that was the whole point of getting the team rated. Slack Off is horrible on Infernape, it will take over 50% from resisted attacks - not once is Slack Off mentioned in the Smogon analysis - which can be found here - http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/infernape
. If you want even half a chance of winning a battle, follow the advice of the experienced players.

I don't know who's going to let you get +6 Attack and Defense on Umbreon. And Flash Cannon isn't helping Heatran at all. Magma Storm is only really useful for trapping, and nothing on your Heatran really takes advantage of that. Toxic is a good example of something to use. Please, just read through the analysis's of the Pokemon. It looks like you didn't even glance at them.

If you've implemented any changes into your team, edit them into the original post of your thread. Also, can you get rid of the multiple colors you put on your Pokemon's sets? It's hard on the eyes and makes your thread unappealing.

Lastly, if you're going to make changes into the OP of your thread, make sure to have proper descriptions for the new Pokemon you add. Judging from your latest post, the descriptions you have are violating rule #3 and need to be lengthened. Thanks.
