1: Teambuilding Process

:eternatus: :magearna: :poke ball: :poke ball: :poke ball: :poke ball:
For this team, I wanted to experiment with the core of Eternatus + fire immunity magearna (serves as a complete impostorproof for Eternatus)

:eternatus: :magearna: :chansey: :poke ball: :poke ball: :poke ball:
speaking of impostor...

:eternatus: :magearna: :chansey: :deoxys: :poke ball: :poke ball:
I decided that the team needed some more offense, so I was originally going to pick Ultra Necrozma, but my team was still quite weak to random base 150 speed losers, so I figured, I would join the 150 speed losers, and run Deoxys-N over Ultra Necrozma.

:eternatus: :magearna: :chansey: :deoxys: :arceus-fairy: :blissey:
Arc-Fairy serves as a lot of things, checking random physical mons, being one of my two viable improof options against deo-n, and being the hazard removal. Blissey is here solely because I thought pannuracotta was going to bring ghostceus that week.

2: THE TEAM
:sv/eternatus:

Reol (Eternatus) @ Draco Plate
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dragon Energy
- Malignant Chain
- Torch Song
- Milk Drink

One of the main stars of the team, Unaware is here so we can work better as a check against random setup sweepers. Draco Plate is here so we can bait people into thinking we're running a completely different ability. (It worked against pannuracotta on my w5 game)

Impostorproofed by Magearna

:sv/magearna:
sasakure.uk (Magearna) @ Covert Cloak
Ability: Well-Baked Body
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Milk Drink
- Stone Axe
- Moonblast
- Teleport

As explained earlier, this is a general bulky switch-in to random things. I don't really have much to say here.

I don't really know what this is impostorproofed by.

:sv/chansey:
CircusP (Chansey) (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Imposter
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Milk Drink
- Block
- Transform
- Heal Bell
Wanted to try running Transform over Topsy-Turvy because I was curious to see how that interaction would playout in a real game (it never did lol)

Improofed by Deoxys

:sv/deoxys:
NayutalieN (Deoxys) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
Tera Type: Psychic
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Luster Purge
- Blue Flare
- Bolt Strike
- Mountain Gale

The noodle man itself, will probably rise to its deserved prominence once Ultra Necrozma inevitably gets banned.

Mountain Gale is here over Magical Torque because ice coverage is generally better in this scenario. Could probably replace MGale with another move, idk.

Improofed by Arc-Fairy and Magearna (to an extent, see OMPL w5 game)

:sv/arceus-fairy:
DECO*27 (Arceus-Fairy) @ Covert Cloak
Ability: Fur Coat
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Impish Nature
- Tidy Up
- Magical Torque
- Spirit Shackle
- Strength Sap

Fun fact, I added this last-minute before the OMPL mathc because I realized that I needed hazard removal.
It's arceus-fairy, it does arceus-fairy things.

Improofed by Eternatus

:sv/blissey:
Ghost and Pals (Blissey) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Milk Drink
- Ruination
- Topsy-Turvy
- Teleport
Waiter! Waiter! One EternBliss structure please!

Anyways, yeah, I don't really know how to properly explain this, seeing as I didn't write down my teambuilding proccess during week 5 (I didn't know I'd need to back then lol)

Improofed by Deoxys (offensively)

3: Threatlist
:dialga: Team does pretty bad into Dialga. You could fix this by switching MGale for Combat Torque but it loses to scales groundceus instead so its a decent trade.

4: Replays

(i would have my bh ssnl w1 game 2 here but damflame hid the replay)

Seems like a good team, wanted to ask tho if blissey really check ghostceus tho, in my experience snr always run physical coverage (I've been seeing a lot of collision course completely disrespecting maudino but I feel like any physical coverage can run down blissey at +2) and even take heart usually run secret sword don't they? Probably fur coat darks are the most reliable checks to ghostceus but lemme know, I'd love to be wrong about this
Also good game maybe etern could have been played differently on the endgame but if I'm gonna be honest, no arcfairy is an improof for deo-a and that's probably where you lost (I don't actually know the luster purge calc but I'd assume it's pretty strong and that into any sap locker like maudino or mage wear you down quite quickly or at least I'd assume so but im basically counter teaming with this one)
And about the arc ghost same point stands, even if I feel like torch song utility is good I don't think that's the set that's going to give problems to a team (it does farm the fur coat darks tho so maybe I'm wrong)

Etern's the ghostceus check. The draco plate is to bait people into thinking its a diff ability, because its typically ran on different sets
Mag was in a scenario where all it had to do was just heal stall out Deo, but bolt strike crit. Anyways the main way of improofing Deoxys is forcing impostor to be worn down by rocks, so it dies to something like, say, a random spirit shackle. Yes it's quite iffy, but not every team's perfect.

+1 252 Atk Arceus-Fairy Spirit Shackle vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Deoxys: 294-346 (41.7 - 49.1%) -- 82.4% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock

Oh yeah Sorry I missed that in the replay, also yeah baiting the opponent with Draco plate sounds fun (I've seen the judgment sets and even if the chance you get knocked off before you get imp scouted aren't the best, it definitely can get a surprise ko)
Also I find It funny for a tidy up Deus to rely on rocks chip but it being an improoof means it's still safe to assume you already got the chip. On that note if there's something that this team is missing it is good hazard removal but overall, solid team, room for improvements but definitely can get the job done

the only reason its draco plate was of a very specific reaction i wanted to avoid involving a trickscarf arceus
