[OVERVIEW]
* As an offensive Pokemon, Roserade is uniquely capable of taking advantage of the Fairy- and Water-types that litter the tier thanks to its typing, helpful support moves in Sleep Powder and Toxic Spikes, and powerful STAB attacks.
* This gives Roserade an edge versus common balance and bulky offense builds that hinge on defensive staples such as Sylveon and Milotic by applying heavy offensive pressure against them, a boon that is further augmented by Roserade's ability to threaten its switch-ins with Sleep Powder, Toxic Spikes, or Technician-boosted Hidden Power Fire.
* It also has passable special bulk to come in on resisted special attacks from defensive Pokemon more than once. Roserade is quite physically frail, though, meaning that even resisted physical attacks such as Conkeldurr's Drain Punch will do heavy damage to it.
* Further, suffers from an average Speed tier that puts it behind offensive heavyweights such as Krookodile, Hydreigon, and Celebi, which makes it easy to check offensively and puts a heavy burden on Roserade's teammates to stand up to those threats.

Moves
========
* Sleep Powder allows Roserade to cripple switch-ins such as Cresselia, Crobat, and Porygon2, and give free turns to itself and its teammates.
* Leaf Storm is very strong coming off of Roserade's high Special Attack, and allows it to act as an offensive answer to Water- and Ground-types, but comes with the nasty drawback of lowering Roserade's Special Attack two stages.
* Sludge Bomb is Roserade's secondary STAB move, and lets it target opposing Fairy- and Grass-types. It also comes with a handy 30% poison chance, which makes it tough to consistently switch into.
* Hidden Power Fire rounds out Roserade's offensive coverage, allowing it to hit Steel-types super effectively that would otherwise wall its STAB moves. When boosted by Technician, Hidden Power Fire 2HKOes 252 HP Metagross and Klefki and OHKOes Escavalier.
* Toxic Spikes is another way that Roserade can punish switches by chipping at them with poison, but relying entirely on Roserade's STAB moves for damage means that it is walled by Steel-types.

Set Details
========
* Meadow Plate allows Roserade to deal solid damage with Leaf Storm without any drawbacks, which is helpful for its longevity.
* Black Sludge is a more passive option that is better for Roserade's longevity, but provides no offensive benefits.
* Life Orb powers up all of Roserade's attacks and allows it to achieve crucial 2HKOs with Leaf Storm, including Mega Steelix, Reuniclus, and bulky Conkeldurr.
