Mention in the overview how Rotom-C can defeat Pokemon that Rotom-W can't, such as Gastrodon and Rotom-W itself, while having an Electric resistance which Rotom-W lacks.

In the set comments, why do you mention Rocky Helmet as a troubling Pokemon for VoltTurn teams that Rotom-C deals with? It doesn't even OHKO Garchomp with Leaf Storm, and Rotom-W deals with Garchomp better anyway, as it can OHKO with a rain boosted Hydro Pump and is not afraid of Fire attacks. Also, add how Rotom-C is a very good check to Rotom-W.

Made the changes, @alexwolf
Also, Rotom c deals with chomp better as most rotom w run max spdef which this set doesn't and it can will o it and pain split to recover health. Leaf storm takes a good chunk out of it too. Removed it for now.

In the Additional Comments, you go ahead and mention Thundurus-T, Volcarona, and Latias as problematic Pokemon for Rotom-C. Then you suggest Scizor and Tyranitar as teammates to deal with them? Both Pokemon can only deal with Latias, as Thundurus-T 2HKOes Scizor with electric moves and OHKOes Tyranitar with Focus Blast / Superpower, while Volcarona obviously OHKOes both of them after a boost. Please mention some more appropriate Pokemon. Also talk about Thunder here, not in OO.

Remove Shadow Ball and Dark Pulse mentions, as HP Ice hits all of those targets while covering Dragon-types as well.

In checks and counters, please mention Pokemon in order of importance. For example you have Mamoswine lumped in together with some of the best checks to Rotom-C, Abomasnow and Kyurem, when Mamoswine absolutely cannot swiitch into 2/4 of Rotom-C moveset. It's a revenge killer and should be mentioned in the bottom of c&c. Stop mentioning the Pokemon that check/counter Rotom-C in groups by typing and start mentioning them in groups by how well they check/counter Rotom-C. For example, even though Latias is one of the best counters to Rotom-C, you have it at the bottom of the paragraph.

Hmm....I'll do the stuff, anything else?

Checks and Counters said:
Ferrothorn gets a free switch against those who don't run it or even those who do provided rain is up, and can set up hazards.
Free switch? Did you forget about WoW?

Also, remove Breloom as it doesn't even come close to OHKOing with Mach Punch. Mamoswine is faster and doesn't even need to use Ice Shard to KO Rotom-C.

Correct those and

QC Approved 1/3

Oops. So I'll remove the free switch part. I'll add the outspeeding part too and remove breloom.
This is ready for the second QC approval/more QC checks/whatever else is there

Will-O-Wisp cripples any physical attacker that would normally switch in Rotom-C.
Such as? It might better if you added examples (Ferrothorn?) or changed this to something along the lines of "Will-O-Wisp is capable of spreading Burn and is useful against physical attackers"

As an aside, I don't really like the main spread spread or the justification to use it, but I can't think of anything else so it'll stay for now.

QC Approved (3/3)

Hmm......will add that later.
Edit- with the spread it survives LO terrakion's cc after rocks
Also, GP can check this now.

[Overview]
(paragraph space)

Rotom-C is in the middle The often-overlooked middle child of the Rotom family, being Rotom-C is outclassed for the most part by the wash-forme its Wash sibling in the OU metagame due to Rotom-W as the latter sporting sports both better STAB coverage and defensive typing. It Rotom-C's dual STABs are resisted by both Grass- and Dragon-type Pokemon, which are very common. While it does have a resistance to the ever-present Water-type moves, however, it is weak to Ice, a common coverage move for these Pokemon.

However, Rotom-C manages to create a niche for itself as an excellent partner for member on VoltTurn teams, being able thanks to its ability to defeat most VoltTurn counters. It separates itself from Rotom-W by being able to beat Gastrodon and opposing Rotom-W easily, as well as sporting a resistance to resisting Electric-type moves. Its dual STABs, while otherwise redundant, make sure Ground-type Pokemon that would normally switch in to block Volt Switch do not dare to do so in fear of a STAB Leaf Storm. Overall, Rotom-C is a very niche Pokemon, but it performs its role well. Do not, however, be able to expect expect to be able to slap it onto a team.

[SET COMMENTS]

This is the only set Rotom-C can run without being outclassed due to , and plays up its favorable typing, high base 107 defenses, and good resistances to common moves. It sets itself apart from its other Rotom formes by being able to beat certain Pokemon that VoltTurn teams face problems with, such as —and Rotom-W in particular—face problems with. Examples include Gastrodon, which would normally easily come in to block Volt Switch. While it is very similar to Rotom-W, it can get past Gastrodon and Rotom-W itself, whom Rotom-W can only dream of defeating. It , as well as opposing Rotom-W. Rotom-C also has a resistance to Grass- and Electric-type moves, which Rotom-W lacks (how is this significant? what additional pkmn does this allow rotom-c to check/ counter? one could get this info just from looking over a type chart imo; your job as an analysis writer is to provide much more insight than that!). While it is weak to Fire- and Ice-type moves, Rotom-C resists common Water-type attacks,(comma) like such as Politoed's Hydro Pump,(comma) and can threaten it with STAB Leaf Storm or gain momentum with Volt Switch.

Will-O-Wisp cripples any physical attackers that would normally switch into Rotom-C,(comma) such as Ferrothorn and Dragonite. Leaf Storm provides obligatory STAB, and even without offensive investment it will still do a decent amount of damage to the ever-present Water- and Ground-type Pokemon in OU. Volt Switch is a great move for Rotom-C because it helps it support offensive teams by preserving momentum. You can also opt to use Thunderbolt instead, as it helps Rotom-C better take on threats like the likes of SubDD Gyarados better. Pain Split is a mandatory move on this set because Rotom-C lacks reliable recovery outside of Leftovers, and Pain Split allows it to gain its health in the face of heal off counters such as Chansey and Blissey at full health. It also works very well with Rotom-C's low base 50 HP.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

Though the EVs may might seem strange at first sight, the spread is actually crucial. 252 HP EVs coupled with 68 Defense EVs ensure that Rotom-C will withstand a Life Orb-boosted Close Combat from Terrakion after Stealth Rock, while it can survive Life Orb Terrakion's Close Combat after Stealth Rock, allowing it to OHKO Terrakion back with Leaf Storm. They also help Rotom-C survive a U-turn from non-Choice Band Scizor. The remaining EVs and a Calm nature give Rotom-C special bulk to better take common attacks such as Choice Specs Politoed's Hydro Pump better, and Will-O-Wisp can patch up Rotom-C's small investment in Defense. A Calm nature also gives Rotom-C more special bulk, allowing it to tank strong neutral or weak super effective hits low physically defensive investment. An alternate spread of 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD Calm(?),(comma) allows Rotom-C to forgo its physical bulk and have while forgoing physical bulk, gives Rotom-C a decent chance to survive 2 two Hydro Pumps from Choice Specs Politoed after Stealth Rock damage.

While Rotom-C does have a lot of high special bulk, bulky setup sweepers like such as Reuniclus and Latias will give it a lot of trouble. Not only are both unaffected by Will-O-Wisp, but they can easily tank unboosted moves and set up and set up on its weak attacks. Specially defensive Heatran therefore makes a great partner, being as it is able to phaze these threatening Pokemon out, despite being although it is a somewhat shaky check to Thundurus-T (is rotom-c afraid of thund / does it need its teammates to help it check thund? not really clear). Blissey and Chansey also make for good partners, being as they are able to rid Rotom-C of status conditions that it despises,(comma) and can also walling the aforementioned Pokemon. Reuniclus and Latias. Sweepers that need to set up Setup sweepers can take advantage of the burns that Rotom-C can spread, so they benefit from having Rotom-C as a teammate. As always, any special wall will ruin this set. ;(semicolon) Heatran absorbs Will-O-Wisp while Blissey and Chansey have Natural Cure to alleviate burns. Terrakion is a great partner for this reason;(semicolon) because it can make use of burns to set up it can set up on burned opponents and wreck Rotom-C's normal counters with Close Combat. Politoed is another good partner because it rids Rotom-C of its Fire weakness and allows it to run Thunder if one does not want to use Volt Switch. Also, Politoed and Rotom-C also have very good synergy ](in what sense? more explanation needed imo), so the two work well together.

[Other Options]

While Rotom-C does not have other viable options without being outclassed, it has the ability to run a few other options that are viable. For one, If your team has a Celebi weakness, Rotom-C can use Signal Beam to quickly KO it. A Choice Scarf set is usable but it is outclassed by Rotom-W. Thunder can be used in conjunction with Politoed's Drizzle support for more power. Similarly, Rotom-C can run Rain Dance to either back up Politoed's Drizzle or to provide its own support for Thunder. A Choice Scarf set is usable but outclassed by Rotom-W. A dual screens set can be used with Light Clay, but there are generally better options to utilize dual screens users, such as Espeon. Confuse Ray can be used to give provide confusion support, but confusion is generally not the most reliable status.

[Checks and Counters]

Many Pokemon wall Rotom-C Rotom-C is walled by many Pokemon, such as Blissey, Chansey, and specially defensive Heatran. While Rotom-C it can run Trick to attempt to cripple these counters, as well as other members of stall teams, the three will have a field day against a Rotom-C that attempts to stay in and battle. Rotom-C finds Latios and Latias to be problematic Latios and Latias are also problematic problematic as both they resist both Rotom-C's dual STABs and can become deadly sweepers after just one turn of setup. They also have access to Roost,(comma) to prevent preventing them from being worn down by a burn.

While Rotom-C can run Hidden Power Fire, Ferrothorn can come in against switch in on those who don't run itor even those who do provided rain is upand can set up hazards.(period) though However, it is crippled by Will-O-Wisp and cannot recover its health with Leech Seed due to Rotom-C being a Grass-type Rotom-C's Grass typing

Ice-types,(comma) like particularly Kyurem, Kyurem-B, and Abomasnow,(comma) give Rotom-C trouble as the they resist its STABs, ;(semicolon) ](might be slightly nitpicky but this is inaccurate imo; it's not the ice typing that allow these pkmn to resist rotom's stabs - it's the dragon and grass typings respectively) the latter being is able to revenge kill it with Ice Shard as well. Numerous Fire-type Pokemon can also effectively check Rotom-C due to their resistance to Leaf Storm; these include Volcarona, Victini, and Ninetales. Ninetales and Volcarona each both have naturally high base Special Defense already, and the latter can set up on Rotom-C easily. (i'd put the following bit about the grass-types virizion and celebi after where you discussed ferrothorn earlier, and possibly mention something at the start of the paragraph about grass-types resisting both STABs) Virizion can also use Rotom-C as setup bait due to its great typing, high Special Defense,(comma) and its access to Calm Mind, Work Up, and Swords Dance. Celebi is another great counter to Rotom-C because of its high Special Defense. The pixie can take anything Rotom-C can throw at it and retaliate back by either gaining momentum via U-turn or attacking back with a Hidden Power Ice or STAB Psychic.

Last but not least, Pokemon like Mamoswine can easily revenge kill it as it outspeeds and OHKOes Rotom-C with STAB Icicle Crash. (pokemon like mamoswine in what sense? faster pokemon packing a super effective move? i'd rephrase the entire thing to be Last but not least, faster Pokemon that pack a strong super effective move can easily revenge kill Rotom-C; one such example is Mamoswine with STAB Icicle Crash.)

couple of gp things, kingler:

1) don't use 'like' when providing examples (ice types like kyurem) - use 'such as'/ 'namely'/ 'especially'/ 'particularly'
2) note paragraph spacings before and after the [overview] etc tags

finally would like to point out that the move order seems a bit weird, haha. i'd suggest putting both the stab moves in the first two slots (in whichever order i'm not sure), then w-o-w then painsplit, seems much more intuitive imo - if changing that, note to also reorganize the set comments stuff to explain the moves in the order they appear.

The pixie can take anything Rotom-C can throw at it and retaliate back by either gaining momentum via U-turn or attacking with Hidden Power Ice or STAB Psychic.

Last but not least, Pokemon like Mamoswine can easily revenge kill it as it outspeeds and OHKOes Rotom-C with STAB Icicle Crash.(pokemon like mamoswine in what sense? faster pokemon packing a super effective move? i'd rephrase the entire thing to be Last but not least, faster Pokemon that pack a strong super effective move can easily revenge kill Rotom-C; one such example is Mamoswine with STAB Icicle Crash.)

couple of gp things, kingler:

1) don't use 'like' when providing examples (ice types like kyurem) - use 'such as'/ 'namely'/ 'especially'/ 'particularly'
2) note paragraph spacings before and after the [overview] etc tags

finally would like to point out that the move order seems a bit weird, haha. i'd suggest putting both the stab moves in the first two slots (in whichever order i'm not sure), then w-o-w then painsplit, seems much more intuitive imo - if changing that, note to also reorganize the set comments stuff to explain the moves in the order they appear.

gp 1/2
Thanks for the GP check! Well, it's a support set, but yeah, I'll discuss it with QC and change it as such. Implementing
And lol dat ninja

sirndpt , I implemented the GP check.
PK Gaming how should the set look? Also I realized that despite QC approval, I missed some stuff, which I added in now. So yeah, I might need QC to look at it once.
This is ready for second GP check. :)

Hihi, GP Check attempt #2!

[Overview]

The often-overlooked middle child of the Rotom family, Rotom-C is outclassed for the most part by its Wash siblingRotom-W in the OU metagame, (AC) as ithe latter sports both better STAB coverage and defensive typing. Rotom-C's dual STABs are resisted by both Grass- and Dragon-type Pokemon, which are very common. While it does have a resistance to the ever-present Water-type moves, it is weak to Ice, a common coverage move for these Pokemon.

However, Rotom-C manages to create a niche for itself as an excellent member on VoltTurn teams, thanks to its ability to defeat most VoltTurn counters. It separates itself from Rotom-W by being able to beat Gastrodon and opposing Rotom-W easily, as well as resisting Electric-type moves. Its dual STABs, while otherwise redundant, make sure Ground-type Pokemon that would normally switch in to block Volt Switch do not dare to do so in fear of a STAB Leaf Storm. Overall, Rotom-C is a very niche Pokemon, but it performs its role well. Do not, however, expect to be able to slap (RC) expect it to easily fit onto a team, (AC) however.

[SET]
name: Support
move 1: Will-O-Wisp
move 2: Pain Split
move 3: Volt Switch / Thunderbolt
move 4: Leaf Storm
item: Leftovers
nature: Calm
evs: 252 HP / 68 Def / 188 SpD

[SET COMMENTS]

This is the only set Rotom-C can run without being outclassed, and plays uputilizing its favorable typing, high base 107 defenses, and good resistances to common moves. It sets itself apart from other Rotom formes by being able to beat certain Pokemon that VoltTurn teams—and Rotom-W in particular—face problems with. Examples include Gastrodon, which would normally easily come in to block Volt Switch, as well as opposing Rotom-W. Rotom-C also has a resistance to Grass- and Electric-type moves, which Rotom-W lacks, allowing it to be a decent check to Breloom and choiced Thundurus-T locked into an Electric-type move. While it is weak to Fire- and Ice-type moves, Rotom-C resists common Water-type attacks, such as Politoed's Hydro Pump, and can threaten it with STAB Leaf Storm or gain momentum with Volt Switch.

Will-O-Wisp cripples physical attackers that would normally switch into Rotom-C, such as Ferrothorn and Dragonite. Leaf Storm provides an obligatory STAB, and even without offensive investment will still do a decent amount of damage to the ever-present Water- and Ground-type Pokemon in OU. Volt Switch is a great move for Rotom-C because it helps it support offensive teams by preserving momentum. You can opt to use Thunderbolt instead, as it helps Rotom-C better take on the likes of SubDD Gyarados. Pain Split is a mandatory move on this set because Rotom-C lacks reliable recovery outside of Leftovers, and Pain Split allows it to heal off counters such as Chansey and Blissey. It also works very well with Rotom-C's low base 50 HP.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

Though the EVs might seem strange at first sight, the spread is actually crucial. 252 HP EVs coupled with 68 Defense EVs ensure that Rotom-C will survive Life Orb Terrakion's Close Combat after Stealth Rock, allowing it to OHKO Terrakion with Leaf Storm. They also help Rotom-C survive U-turn from non-Choice Band Scizor. The remaining EVs and a Calm nature give Rotom-C special bulk to better take common attacks such as Choice Specs Politoed's Hydro Pump, and Will-O-Wisp can patch up Rotom-C's low physically defensive investment. An alternate spread of 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD Calm, while forgoing physical bulk, gives Rotom-C a decent chance to survive two Hydro Pumps from Choice Specs Politoed after Stealth Rock damage.

While Rotom-C does have high special bulk, bulky setup sweepers such as Reuniclus and Latias will give it a lot of trouble. Not only are both unaffected by Will-O-Wisp, but they can easily tank and set up on its weak attacks. Bulky Thundurus-T is another setup sweeper that can easily stomach its STABs due to resisting them and having good special bulk. STherfore, specially defensive Heatran therefore makes a great partner, as it is able to phaze these threatening Pokemon out, although (RC) in spite of it is a somewhat shaky check to Thundurus-T. Blissey and Chansey also make for good partners, as they are able to rid Rotom-C of status conditions that it despises, (RC) and can also wall the aforementioned Reuniclus and Latias. Setup sweepers can take advantage of the burns that Rotom-C can spread, so they benefit from having Rotom-C as a teammate. As always, any special wall will ruin this set; Heatran absorbs Will-O-Wisp while Blissey and Chansey have Natural Cure to alleviate burns. Terrakion is a great partner for this reason; it can set up on burned opponents and wreck Rotom-C's normal counters with Close Combat. Politoed is another good partner because it rids Rotom-C of its Fire weakness and allows it to run Thunder if one does not want to use Volt Switch.

[Other Options]

If your team has a Celebi weakness, Rotom-C can use Signal Beam to quickly KO it. Rotom-C can run Rain Dance to back up Politoed's Drizzle. A Choice Scarf set is usable but id outclassed by Rotom-W. A dual screens set can be used with Light Clay, but there are generally better dual screens users, such as Espeon. Confuse Ray can provide confusion support, but confusion is generally not the most reliable status.

[Checks and Counters]

Rotom-C is walled by many Pokemon, such as Blissey, Chansey, and specially defensive Heatran. While it can run Trick to attempt to cripple these counters, as well as other members of stall teams, the three will have a field day against Rotom-C that attempt to stay in and battle. Latios and Latias are also problematic as they resist both Rotom-C's STABs and can become deadly sweepers after just one turn of setup. They also have access to Roost, preventing them from being worn down by burn.

Grass-types like, (AC) such as Ferrothorn, Virizion and Celebi, (AC) give Rotom-C a lot of trouble due to resisting its STAB moves. While Rotom-C can run Hidden Power Fire, Ferrothorn can switch in on those who don't run it—or even those who do provided rain is up—and can set up hazards. However, it is crippled by Will-O-Wisp and cannot recover with Leech Seed due to Rotom-C's Grass typing. Celebi is another great counter to Rotom-C because of its high Special Defense. The pixie can take anything Rotom-C can throw at it and retaliate back by either gaining momentum via U-turn or attacking with Hidden Power Ice or STAB Psychic. Virizion is an unconventional buyet effective answer as it can also use Rotom-C as setup bait due to its great typing, high Special Defense, and access to Calm Mind, Work Up, and Swords Dance.

Ice-types, particularly Kyurem, Kyurem-B, and Abomasnow, give Rotom-C trouble as they resist its STABs due to their secondary Dragon- and Grass-type respectively; the latter is able to revenge kill it with Ice Shard as well. Numerous Fire-type Pokemon can also effectively check Rotom-C due to their resistance to Leaf Storm; these include Volcarona, Victini, and Ninetales. Ninetales and Volcarona both have naturally high base Special Defense, and the latter can set up on Rotom-C easily.

Last but not least, faster Pokemon that pack a strong super effective move can easily revenge kill Rotom-C; one such example is Mamoswine with STAB Icicle Crash.

Yeah, definitely Volt Switch / Thunderbolt and Leaf Storm should be in the first two moveslots (with the Electric STAB first), with WoW and Pain Split in the last two, in any order you want.
