Stallbreaker Salazzle, still beats the mons it usually threatens like Registeel/Florges/Zonger/Umbreon but also lets it annoy other mons like Dragalge/Gligar. Taunt could be Knock Off also, but then it doesn't *beat* Gligar.

Simple scarf set with STAB + coverage on the first three slots and a bit of a mix-up on the last slot. Toxic can punish hard switches like Dragalge and Cresselia. Knock Off can help by removing Leftovers from various special walls. You could also have an end game nuke like Overheat which has a bit more power and accuracy that could come in handy. Salazzle has enough speed where it can afford to run a Modest nature and still manage to revenge kill a +1 speed Flygon.

Super fun set that requires a fuckload of support but damn, it is actually really fun. Belch is so strong. The IVs on HP are designed to give it an HP Number divisible by 4 so the berry will be eaten at 25%. Should be used almost exclusively on the late game on a position where it can sweep so yeah, +2 Belch can be really powerful, and really makes a difference compared to sludge wave.

WoW Salazzle

WoW is one of that move that can ruin the plans of the opponent if it isn't unexpected on the switch, crippling many "checks" that carelessly enters on the switch.
This is a classic special sweeper set, but with the inclusion of WoW in the fourth slot, replacing HP Grass. Life Orb is picked over Poisonium Z because Nasty Plot can be replaced with HP Ice if you want to have better power on your other coverage moves.

EVs spread is standard.

Not much to say here, just a lead salazzle I guess lol. It's really nice against strong physical attackers like Tyrantrum and Machamp, as it can almost always get a burn on them, then get sone chip damage on them as well with what attack(s) you choose to run. Also works quite well against steel types like Doublade, Registeel, and Mega Steelix as they get Toxic'd and take a ton from Fire Blast. Taunt can be used to shut down stall mons and hazard setters and allows you to either attack or get up a toxic or burn. Can be a nice fun lead and overall a cool set imo.

Here's a fun Ribombee set! Instead of focusing on utility moves from Ribombee such as Quiver Dance and Sticky Web, you can focus on it's great Speed tier and decent Special Attack to use it as a wallbreaker. This set brings a pretty solid surprise factor and acts as a nice revenge killer and breaker. Between Moonblast, Bug Buzz, Psychic, and either Hidden Power [Fire] or Hidden Power [Rock], few Pokemon can safely switch in without taking a big chunk of damage.
 
Tailwind Ribombee

Ribombee @ Focus Sash

Here we have a slight variation of the traditional Sticky Web set.
Tailwind is chosen over Sticky Web in order to avoid being screwed by Rapid Spin users such as Armaldo and Torkoal; also, you can use Defog more free without taking out of the battlefield your own hazards.
A fast U-turn is there in order to gain momentum and is useful to break some Sashes around.

Evs (spread) and item is standard.

A Rapid Spinner or a Defogger is mandatory in order to keep Ribombee's Sash intact and preserve its bulk in general due to its weakess 2x to Stealth Rock. Keep in mind that you will have to set up Tailwind two or three times if needed, so you have to use adequate hazards control on your side.

I think this set of Ribombee can work pretty decent at RU. Defog Ribombee is very unexplored, but due to the high base speed, even outspeeding pokemon like salazzle can give this mon a supportive niche. I choose leftis as the item slot to guarantee a bit more longevity, i also choose aromatherapy for one slot to ensure that the other teammates of ribombee stay healthy and not statused by possible thunder paras from galvfantulas or toxic by salazzles or other mons in this metagame which can spread status.
Moonblast is given as a strong stab move and HP fire or either hp ground for steel types can be used, i personally would prefer hp ground to hit salazzle which is p frail 4x SE.

General idea
One of the weakness of Rotom is that middling Spe, which leaves it being outsped by many threats.
The movepool is harsh, so you have to work with few options available. A fast Will-O-Wisp is also a neat possibility because you can ruin reckless threats that, otherwide, would have stopped you in your tracks.
The extra power of Thunderbolt over Volt Switch allows Rotom to almost OHKO Moltres and doesn't force you to switch out. The 4th slot can be used for a fast WoW (which is really handy thanks to its additional effect) or for Trick to cripple some defensive pokemon. Keep in mind that Trick is less useful now with both Megastones and Z-Crystal available.

EVs spread and item
EVs are pretty standard with a Modest nature chosen over the Timid one to have the highest damage output possible.
Choice Scarf add a great level of unpredictability to your Rotom-Mow and is not that bad that you have to switch out because you do the same thing naturally after a Leaf Storm or a Volt Switch, so it's not a big deal.

Team support
Thunder Wave support is always a good thing to ensure you are able to outspeed the faster Scarfers in the RU environment.
SR support is always appreciated to ensure to have the upper hand in a 1vs1 situation.

Would suggest using a Timid nature in order to outspeed Scarf Gardevoir and either Trick or Hidden Power Flying as better options over Dark Pulse.

Rotom-Mow @ Ring Target

This is based on a set Ren-chon showed up in BW alongside CM Monoattacker Musharna. The idea is quite the same; trick a ring target into mandibuzz and bop it later with CM Monoattacker Cresselia. You can also use Trick into Pokémon that have useful immunities, such as Bronzong and Moltres' immunity to Ground so you can pressure it better w Steelix, Flygon or Gligar, Gardevoir so you can actually hit it with DD or Scarf Flygon later (and get a scarf), pressure opposing Steel-types with Toxic dmg, etc.

Here's an interesting Rotom-Mow set! This is pretty nice for avoiding status moves such as Mega-Steelix and Milotic's Toxic, while easing the prediction of an opposing switch-in as well. The one downside of this set is the fact that you give up Volt Switch, but it's overall pretty effective still.

because grass is rotom c's main damaging stab, it leaves it walled by lots of common poison types like dragalge, roserade, venusaur, and nidoqueen (if iapapa berry). psychium z lets it hit all of these pokemon on the switch by dropping a 180 bp nuke on them. it also hits some other mons that resist its stabs like goodra, rotom-h, and mega ampharos for decent chip. u can even run it with sleep support from like vivillon, a persian, ninetales or even roserade if ur not afraid of stacking grasses so u can use the z crystal on something else.

my own vote goes for GustavoYAY's Ring Target Rotom-C.
