both, but i'm pretty sure only Mega is viable atm.

Steelix and Mega Steelix are the same Pokemon, so if you reserve Steelix, you're obliged to do all the sets that are viable, including mega and non-mega sets. Hope that made it clear :o

In the current metagame I don't think regular Steelix is viable (and therefore not worthy of a set), that's what I was saying.
