Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Added those, thanks Aurora and Esidisi for putting them in the proper format for me. @ anyone using this resource who wants something added, please post the spreads in that format, it makes it 100x easier for me, thanks.
I checked mons that are at least B rank in the VR, the sets are taken from the smogdex, except for Trevenant and Gourgeist, for their speed I used sets I've seen around the forum o_o

Hey guys! atomicllamas passed the baton to me so I'll be in charge of editing the speed tier thread now. For anyone that's starting to read from this post: this list features Pokemon that are RU by usage and Pokemon that are ranked C- or higher in the RU Viability Ranking.
Well after a little break, the Speed tier has been touched up a bit. (credits Gatorboy and Take an Azelfie for nitpicking).
Durant has been removed.
Remember to suggest any speed benchmarks you think should be added with the following format:
Stat / Pokemon / Base / Nature / EVs / Boosts / IVs (unless max)
So seeing as Scyther is a bit more relevant now it should prolly be added to the Speed Tiers. the first spread is traditional Jollly 252 but the second one I thought was a solid benchmark for bulkier Scyther spreads (I forget who created this but the full spread was 248 HP / 4 Atk / 104 Def / 96 SpD / 56 Spe with a Jolly nature. I think I saw this in the OP thread). It outruns the crowded base 80s Speed tier which is perfect considering its got Medicham, Gallade, and Venusaur all of which Scyther excels against.
Whats the deal with the second benchmark? scythers slower than mega glalie, sigilyph, drapion and meloetta (among other things), it seems like a terrible idea to do that.
I would just add max speed honestly. Im not sure why wouldnt you take advantage of that nice speed tier.
