Froslass: Do not ban

The amount of froslasses I saw while I was laddering was close to, if not exactly, zero. I reckon it's a great pokemon on offense, but in a meta in which shuckle web offense is dominant, I do not think it is overcentralising.
 
Froslass in my opinio is too much for RU.Its ability of lead or of finishing sweaper let this Pokèmon deserve a ban for RU.
So for me is :

Froslass: Ban
