Alright, its p. much time for this vote to end, so here are the results:
heres the results of how the vote went:
Ban Shuckle: 70
Do Not Ban Shuckle: 8
Which means that Shuckle is BANNED from the RU tier from this point in an overwhelming supermajority.
ban is already implemented on the forums.
Also, this ban only applies to smogon's servers and tournaments, if you want to use Shuckle in RU anywhere outside of these ladders/tourneys feel free to do so.
