Hurtadoo from France got tournament banned for 1 year hence he wont be allowed to continue playing for RUWC to keep it consistent with previous iterations of the tournament. France will be allowed to pick another player from the remaining pool to fill his spot but he gotta be subbed out promptly.

Given recent tier shifts, challenge to OU since the round is still under the previous beta which means stuff like Nidoqueen, Lycanroc-Dusk, Terrakion, Tangrowth, and Galar Slowking are still valid. Next round at December 8th will have the new meta reflecting the changes.
