Honorable SV Mentions:

Elec-ant1234 - Yapper, pretty solid builder, good enough to slot as SV3/sub for sure
Flabeauf - Has connections to the French, surely worth a slot (also good SV2/3)
Flareblitzkreig - GOAT? Not sure if he keeps up with mons ngl but solid team presence surely
fyzmelm - Farmed ladder during RUTL with TR, surely has enough game to play a team tour
Heatranator - Disappointed you weren't given a slot as manager here to be honest, but will be a good SV3 if the team checks the pastes before games
Hyper bol - GOAT? Another French player, they should be SV3/sub material
mestreoscar - FlamPoke apprentice, I will teach him to farm the rest of the pool regardless of where we go
pronto loco - Ladder hero who has whooped my ass too many times to not get mentioned
Scizornite - Pretty sure they also ladder hard, I recall a few nice teams from them months ago that I liked a lot
Slikkles - French Seasonal winner, Heatranator assman in another world, worth a shout
Squeeby - Actually somewhat known in RU as far as I know, but I like their teams and they play well, SV3 material

wangyu - Absolutely farmed RUGL in SM, not sure how much they built themselves but legit starting material
Miyami~~~ - Only mentioning them because Tsuki can't get away with rebuilding the Stantlers here
fran17 - Didn't sign up as far as I can tell, this is your reminder, another RUGL player that shined
Quinn - Don't know if they play RU at all but good team presence, can probably sub in with a solid team and click
Feliburn - Will play a new gen each week to fulfill the Bingo card surely
LegendarySerperior - Not familiar with how known they are in ORAS, farmed RUGL though, easy starter
Sneakyplanner - Will pass Chesnaught Entei teams in SV or load Swarm Durant in BW, not sure if you draft that
Tsuki - Queen of RU, will self buy and lose in Finals
Ming549 - Knew Tsuki would self buy, still farmed likes in player signups

I love when people do these suggestion lists, therefore I will ruin the fun because I'm fucking horrible:

- I repeat it every time but consider Dlanyer too, he had a hard time in RUGL but he might still got one more in him, plays p much every fairy gens, fun guy that adds a really chill team atmosphere every time. Still worth a shot.
- RufflesPro looks like an interesting choice asw, he's basically one of the biggest ORAS rising stars right now if I'm not wrong, and uh.. yeah
- I hate ORAS so just don't forget about Msousa for ADV, creative and good, and yes this aint had none to do with oras
- There is this new player called btboy that came around recently, I don't really know who he is but he can click Z moves and was trained by Franklin somewhere at Mt. Silver
- If you consider Kindy, getting him along Flabeauf and Hyper bol is one of the funniest most mental shit you'll ever see. Trust.

Tl;dr respect your elders + get the French + don't pay attention to ORAS + SM not bad ok bye

Since he signed up, I'm gonna do some nerd fact check because I'm fun at parties: Fran was akshually around since the current gen ORAS days, so he's basically one of the ORAS RU players with the most experience out there and a pretty creative builder too.
