Hello gamers, I would like to welcome everyone to the first ever RUGL, a similar tournament to UUFPL. With the recent rise on the RU playerbase, we decided to make a new tournament to give the chance for lesser known players to have their chance to shine. Since this is our first try of a tournament like this, the format will stay similar to RUPL, including the auction format, but it might change in following years depending on how things goes.

RULES:
  • Each Manager starts with 100k credits. Only ONE manager can retain themselves. Managers who wants to play needs to sign up as a player until May, 5th 23:59pm GMT -3.
  • The minimum number of players per team is 10 (8 starters + 2 substitutes).
  • There is no set maximum number of players per team.
  • Nobody is prevented from signing up for RUGL and we encourage all rookies and vets alike to partake. However:
  • Players already in RUPL are encouraged to sign up for RUGL, but they can't play SV RU in RUGL if they were in their RUPL's team starting lineup for any tier by end of Week 4 RUPL. Subbing in mid-week does not count.
  • For oldgens, players in RUPL can't play an oldgen tier in RUGL for which they have played at least one game for in RUPL by close of RUPL Week 4 (Weeks 5+ do not matter for this). This includes subbing in to play that tier.
  • While current managers in RUPL are not allowed to manage in RUGL, they are allowed to sign up as players in RUGL with no limitations if they are not playing in UUPL. If they are playing, the same rules above are applied.
  • There will be no tier-lock other than the stablished rules.
  • Players playing in the bo3 slot in RUPL are locked out from SV/SS/SM. They can only play ORAS/BW/ADV.

Signups will close 24 hours before the auction (probably May, 11st).

This is my first team tournament, I've also entered the RU Open. I'm fairly new to singles as I've recently moved over from VGC, but I'm confident I can make a huge impact for whatever team I play for as I have good battling instinct. Hope to make a name for myself in the scene, build up a good competitive resume, and make some friends I can learn from in the scene.

I CAN MAKE SOME LOGOS FOR THE TEAMS AS WELL IF U NEED, I HAVE SOME GRAPHIC BACKGROUND
