Okay, basicallly, I want to school my friend who thinks that EVs and IVs are an urban legend, doesn't use support moves, and picks the moves that look the coolest. So, I challendeg him to a one on one. What I need now is a Rattata with both Quick Attack and Endeavor (you know where I'm getting at). How would I breed a Pokemon like this? I have tried numerous times, the result being utter failure! Which two Pokemon could breed a Rattata with these moves. If by any chance you happen to have a Rattata with these moves post your friend code and I could offer some other Pokemon to you. Thankyou very much.

Breeding with a Smeargle is the only way I can think of.

Rattata learns Quick attack at level 4 and Endeavour at level 34 all you have to do is train it up :/

I think he wants it at level 1. Just breed 2 ratatta's together that already know endeavor and quick attack, the resulting offspring will have both moves.

If Rattata isn't an integral part of your humiliation plan, endeavor/ice shard Phanpy is better for what you're trying to do since it is immune to sandstorm.

I doubt mt friend would ever have a move like Sandstorm lol!

No but he might have tyranitar or the hippo which automatically brings in sandstorm.
