This thread will provide Usage Statistics for each tier represented in RUPL. I hope that this fosters high-quality discussion of RUPL X and helps participants better prepare for future rounds! In addition, the SV RU statistics should help RU players understand what is popular and effective in the current metagame, while the SS, SM, ORAS, and BW RU statistics should help anyone who wants to play the old RU tiers understand what is popular and effective in those older metagames. OP will include the cumulative usage stats while the subsequent posts will feature the usage stats for the individual weeks. Note: BO3 usage will be combined in their respective tiers.
