I can answer that. Write the skeleton in bullet points like last time -> get 2 qc checks (which is essentially the go ahead to write it up) -> write the analysis up into paragraphs -> final qc check -> 2 gp checks (instead of one for skeletons)

Hey guys, when you get QC 2/3, it'd help the QC team a lot if you indicated in the thread title whether you've written it up or not so we know when you're ready for the last check. Something like "Swampert (QC 2/3 Not Written)" / " Swampert (QC 2/3 Written)", for example, would work.
