Gen 4 Sandstorms

I lead my team with a Tyranitar.

He knows Dragon Dance, Fire Punch, Earthquake and Crunch.
As the title of this thread suggest, it is a sandstorm team, so who is better to lead then a Tyranitar who have the Sand Stream ability.
I always start with 2 Dragon dance to be more powerfull and then have 3 moves to atk. I prefer Fire Punch over Rock Slide because the accuracy problem.

Then I go for Gliscor.

He knows Agility, Sword Dance, Baton Pass and Earthquake.
Since I like the most batom pass, he is the baton passer of the team. He always start with agility, if is safe he goes for a sword dance and then Baton Pass. It have a Earthquake to don't be weak to taunt. And it have the ability Sand Veil, who helps to avoid some atks in Sandstorm.

My other Baton Passer is Scizor.

He knows Agility, Sword Dance, Baton Pass and Bug Bite.
I have two baton passer because Gliscor is too weak to ice, and Scizor resists Ice. As Gliscor, Scizor start with Agility, if is safe he uses a Sword Dance and then a Baton Pass. It knows Bug Bite to don't be weak to taunt and it's ability is Technician to give more power to Bug Bite.

The best option to receive the Baton Pass is Garchomp.

He knows Sword Dance, Outrage, Earthquake and Crunch.
I just use Sword Dance if the Baton Pass failed for some reason. And I have 3strong atk moves, my favorite by far is Outrage, if he don't hurt it self in the confusion is a garantee victory after a single Sword Dance. Garchomp also have the Sand Veil ability who make his evasiness grew up.

Another option to receive the Baton Pass is Cacturne.

He knows Sword Dance, Sucker Punch, Drain Punch and Seed bomb.
As Garchomp, I just use Sword Dance if the baton pass failed for some reason. And I have 3 strong moves to atk my enemy.
I choice Cacturne because it's ability Sand Veil who make his evasiness grew up

And for last I have Hippowdon.

He knows Earthquake, Crunch, Fire Fang and Slack off.
The principal reason he is in the team is his ability of Sand Stream, as Tyranitar is the first pokémon it will faint soon so I have other pokémon with the same ability to reactivate the sandstorm in case my enemy also have moves of weather conditions.

and for last, the pokepasta of the team: https://pokepast.es/40710b12476725c2
1. This team loses badly to anything with Roar or Whirlwind(it gets 6-0ed by Roar Giratina for example) . I reccomend Soundproof Mr.Mime to help remedy this(maybe over Hippowdon).
2. I reccomend Dual Screens Deoxys-Speed as your lead. It stops your BP'ers from getting KO'ed before they get to setup.
3. I reccomend Baton Passer Mew over BP Scizor. It can use taunt to stop Roar users from Phazing it out easily.
Mew @ Lum Berry
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 188 SpD / 68 Spe
Calm Nature
- Rock Polish
- Swords Dance
- Taunt
- Baton Pass
4. Run a Dragon resist such as Lucario or ScarfRachi in place of Cacturne.

I made another sandstorm team inspired in the Student of Sinnoh's team in this thread: https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/cradily-stall.3708614/
But I change a little to fit in the championship I like to play.

I lead this team with Hippodown

He knows Stealth Rock, Earthquack, Slack Off and Roar.
I always start with Stealth Rock, if I have type adventegous I use Earthquack, if not I can change pokémon or use Roar. Hippowdown is very bulk and Slack Off helps to him stay healthy.

Then I go with Skarmory.

He knows Brave Bird, Spikes, Roost and Whirlwind.
The main strategy is use 3 times spikes and then Whirlwind, but it is also knows Brave Bird to be not so inofensive and also knows Roost to recover a bit.

Then I have the Cradily.

He knows Curse, Recover, Seed bomb and Rock Slide.
That was the main reason I copy this team, because I love this Cradily. It's strategy is very simple, he use curse to boost and recover to recover, when it is strong enouth I use Seed Bomb or Rock Slide, I choice Rock Slide over Stone Edge because the accuracy.

Then I have Aerodactyl.

He knows Crunch, Stone Edge, Earthquack and Wing Attack.
I think this team is so slow, so I choice a very fast pokemon who also is imune to Sandstorm to be member of the team. He knows 4 atack moves and are prepared to defeat a lot of enemies.

Then I have Garchomp.

He knows Sword Dance, Outrage, Crunch and Earthquack.
A sandstorm team is never complete without a Garchomp who have the Sand Veil ability who make him very imprevisible. If I able to set a Sword Dance I can defeat all pokémons with a Outrage.

For last I have Magnezone.

He knows Thunderbolt, Flash Canon, Hidden Power fire and Thunder wave.
It's the only special atacker of the team and he is in the team mostly to destroy other metal pokémons, because it's ability of Magnet pull. In special to defeat the Skarmory. But I put Hidden Power fire to be able to defeat other metal pokémons.

Some replays to you see how this team works:

You're not using items?
No. These teams are to a specific tier who I played with my friends, there is some rules as:
-no itens
-Pokémons are around lv 60.
-Some pokémons and moves are banned (mostly hidden power) but if you win some battles in the tier you can achieve theses pokémons.
For example, each victory you win 2 pokecoins, with 120 pokecoins a buy a Magnezone with Hiden power and now have it in my team.

In the future, please post the full ruleset and banlist for the tiers your team is meant for. What's the banlist for this championship? We can't give reasonable advice without knowing this stuff.
You should really make a new thread for this team, it has a very different playstyle to your original.

My friends of this tier made this cute little trainer card to me of the main team of this tier.
I'm using the same team over extension, as you can note about the monstruos numbers of replays.
They already know very well my team, but just few made a counter team.
And I'm still wining because the luck of Sand Veil of 3 pokémons of my team have it. Cacturne, Gliscor and Garchomp.
Now they are even talking about ban Sand Veil, what I hope never happens.

Obs. In the card is write "Gabriel Rei do sandstorm" what means Gabriel (my name) King of Sandstorm

If anyone in this league is reading this, I strongly advise then to bring a Whirlwind Skarmory and a Physically Defensive Ice Beam Swampert. Skarmory completely blanks your BP antics, discounting Sand Veil hax. Meanwhile, Swampert checks DD Tar.

Swampert is nor hard to deal with, because I have my Cacturne with Seedbomb. But, Skarmory is a great issue.
I just put Magnezone in my team in order to deal with Skarmory (it's the only reason to have Magnezone in the team)
And other problem with Skarmory is, he always come with a Dugtrio who destroy my poor Magnezone.

Other pokemon used to counter my team is Machamp with no guard, he can spawn Dynamic Punch and let me confuse and also he knows Ice punch who kill my beloved Garchomp.

But the counter more obvious to my team is bring another weather condition to the arena. Because Sand Veil always works, at least once, in each battle.

As HTC said above, this isn't a standard smogon ruleset so virtually no one has experience in this format you're playing. This means that you're unlikely to get informed advice here.

I mainly suggested Swampert as it can stop your BP antics with Roar and checks 5 out of 6 pokemon on your team. Cacturne can best it 1v1 ofc, but it takes a tom from ice coverage.

There are rules? Of what?
The rules are simple!
-The pokemon are around lv 60. The exactly level you can see here:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-I0nFLiUc9RhNQGKB84fVpkovo3vPnAs/view?usp=sharing
1671845886045.png

-Isn't allowed itens
-Isn't allowed Mew, Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho Oh, Celebi, Latias, Latios, Kyogre, Groundon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Palkia, Dialga, Giratina, Darkrai, Heatran, Regigigas, Cresselia, Phione, Manaphy, Shaymin and Arceus.
-Isn't allowed Hidden Power.
But, as some tournament prizes, some pokemon are allowed to use Hidden Power.
Also as tournament prizes can be the usage of not allowed pokémon, as example last tournament the winner received a Celebi.

you are still playing a meta that has no realtion to smogon, what is going on, alr ur using somewhat actual sets now, but no items, and they are still lvl 60

I need to disagree on that! This meta have a lot of relation to smogon.
The only difference don't have the absurd amount of bans as gen4 OU, for example, batom pass is allowed, sand veil is allowed, Garchomp, Salamence and Wobbuffet are allowed.
And I use Showdown to battle, so it is related to smogon yes. And if you could give some advice about my teams I would apreciate.
