Bulkythran. 106 base in both defences makes it a good resttalker.
Lava Plume has a 30% burn rate. Flash fire covers the fire weakenesses that sceptile has. Status absorber.
Also resists all of sceptiles weaknesses. I edited this set a little to let it counter specmence

the damage calcs say enough. I will lead with Bronzong so the chance of Flame thrower are the biggest, I will even get an attack boost.
my biggest worry is the luck of getting the 100% when they hydroPump right away, this will be irrelivent if I add 4sdef EVS

Sceptile wants special attack and HP ice. Gliscor needs Stealth Rock somewhere. Team just doesn't seem synergyed but I may be wrong. I can't really think of anything right now so I will finish rating later.

My breeding APrentice program is fire thats why I made the team.
ice fang is for the dragons I had a bit of trouble with
 
I would switch aerial ace on gliscor to Stealth Rock as another person mentioned. First of all heracross and/or lucario aren't going to do much to gliscor anyways. So he'll end up switching out or stay in to get beat by w/e it may be especially when you have roost to just damage, heal, rinse and repeat basically.
 
Yeah dude I don't think your Heracross is an Azelf counter, at least not without Scarf. With that said in mind, I'd try to Scarf either Hera or Heatran, as a that nice revenge killer will be nice.

You probably also need some anti Metagross, as an Agility Life Orber would just kind of sweep the whole team. I propose......Bronzong over Regice. You can use resistances to help with Special attacks. Bronzong wold also help with the Mamoswine thing you have going on here. And make a great starter, since you have random Azelfs and Weaviles on turn one who will scare the bejesus out of Sceptile.

Stealth Rocks, since your Gliscor doesn't have it. This prevents Focus Sash from fucking you, and the free 12% on most thing just helps.

Next, we'd put Hypnosis, put a single Poke out of commission.

I'd also do Gyro Ball on here, lets it stop Weavile, fucks over Gengar, and can help with Garchomp.

As for the last move, you have many options. Reflect helps the whole team out. Explosion can totally knock another Poke out, or some random filler move like Grass Knot, Hidden Power Ice, Charge Beam, Psychic for extra specialization against something you might personally have problems with.

I'd say earthquake/hp ground to take care of meta that you mentioned
 
Then most definitely Earthquake, as HPGround will just make you split EVs. You'd need like 152 Atk EVs normally to OHKO Gengar, so might as well continue off that stat with the physical moves.
