  • Choice Scarf Flutter Mane is one of the best revenge killers and cleaners in the metagame thanks to its amazing typing, high Special Attack, and high Speed, which is enhanced even further by Protosynthesis when sun is active. This allows it to outspeed opposing Choice Scarf users like Koraidon and Miraidon as well as other Speed boosting threats such as Iron Bundle and opposing Flutter Mane. These traits make it a natural fit on more offensively-minded teams looking for a way to offensively check other fast attackers.
  • Flutter Mane can really struggle against Tera Fire Koraidon because Flutter Mane's best move against it is an unboosted Shadow Ball. Flutter Mane can also similarly struggle to threaten Miraidon without prior damage, as it can survive even a Moonblast at full health. As such, Flutter Mane is better endgame when its teammates have built up damage on the opposing team and put them in KO range.
  • Another thing to keep in mind is that locking into a move can allow for setup opportunities. For example, Koraidon can Tera Fire and set up on Moonblast, and Miraidon can Tera Fairy and set up on any move. That's why it's important to not have Flutter Mane as the sole check to common setup sweepers.
  • Mystical Fire and Psyshock are used to provide the most coverage, hitting Flutter Mane's best checks Iron Treads, Corviknight, and Clodsire super-effectively, allowing it to wallbreak despite holding a Choice Scarf.
  • Timid is the nature of choice because the Speed boost gives Flutter Mane an enormous edge over other Choice Scarf users. While Modest can be useful, it doesn't synergize well with Choice Scarf because it doesn't give as much power as Choice Specs in addition to being slower than Choice Specs in sun.
  • Tera Fairy can help Flutter Mane when trying to take on foes like Kingambit are Chien-Pao that are aiming to hit it with Sucker Punch. It also allows it to KO Chi-Yu after Stealth Rock and Miraidon from full health. Additionally, it can also help out in Flutter Mane mirrors to not be weak to Shadow Ball and hit it back hard regardless of its Tera type.
  • A lack of a power-boosting move or item is noticeable, so sun support and any prior damage greatly help out. This is why Koraidon is one of the best teammates for Flutter Mane; its sun can even help out by allowing Flutter Mane to 2HKO Corviknight and Iron Treads with Mystical Fire.
  • Suicide leads like Glimmora and Froslass can help Flutter Mane out by setting entry hazards that can put foes into KO range.
  • Other strong attackers like Choice item Great Tusk and Chien-Pao also synergize incredibly well because they can force a lot of damage and switches as well as threaten out Flutter Mane's checks. In return, they really appreciate Flutter Mane's ability to keep foes faster then them in check.

Choice Scarf Flutter Mane is one of the fastest revenge killers in the tier thanks to its amazing type combination and offensive stats, which is enhanced even further by the Protosynthesis Speed boost when Sun is active.
it's actually THE fastest. You also then imply that FM's type and stats all-around are the reason it's fast; change the wording there. I'd probably add the word "cleaner" after revenge killer since it's nigh impossible to kill without priority.

Mystical Fire and Psyshock are used to provide the most coverage: hitting its best checks Iron Treads, Corviknight and Clodsire super-effectively, allowing Flutter Mane to wallbreak despite it holding a Choice Scarf. A lack of a power boosting move or item is really felt, so Sun support and entry hazards greatly help out.
maybe move this sentence into teammates section and mention what entry hazard setters are appreciated.

the content is mostly good outside of a couple of errors like "sun" not needing to be capitalized; my only worry with this analysis is that it feels long. Sentences almost seem to repeat themselves or feel padded out, if you could make the information a bit less wordy it'd be close to perfect.

Mention the potential downsides of being locked into a move, especially given the offensive nature of the teams that this set fits best on, potentially giving setting opportunities to opposing setup sweepers. The ones that immediately come to mind are Tera Fire Koraidon (which you have already mentioned as an issue), Palafin and maybe Dragonite or Annihilape. Worth adding a word of caution with its use in that regards.

Aside from that this reads well, QC 2/2.

  • Choice Scarf Flutter Mane is one of the best revenge killers and cleaners in the tier metagame thanks to its amazing type combination typing, high Special Attack, and its high Speed, (AC) which is enhanced even further by the Protosynthesis Speed boost when sun is active. This allows it to outspeed even opposing Choice Scarfers Scarf users (would recommend listing some examples) as well as other Speed boosting fast threats such as Iron Bundle and opposing Flutter Mane. These traits make it a natural fit on more offensively-minded (AH) teams looking for a way to offensively check other fast attackers.
  • Flutter Mane can really struggle against Tera Fire Koraidon, (RC) because Flutter Mane's best move against it is an unboosted neutral (already kind of implied) Shadow Ball. Flutter Mane can also similarly struggle to threaten Miraidon without prior damage, (AC) as it can survive even a Moonblast at full health. As such, (AC) this Flutter Mane is better in the endgame when its teammates have build up damage on the opposing team and put them in KO range.

While Modest's Special Attack boost Modest can be useful, it doesn't synergize well with Choice Scarf because it doesn't give as much power as Choice Specs in addition to being slower than Choice Specs in sun. Essentially, it's just a downgraded Choice Specs set this way. (doesn't really add any additional info)
