  • Landorus-T is a decent Choice Scarf user thanks to its typing, access to U-turn, and a great ability in Intimidate, making it a good offensive pivot.
  • Unlike other common Choice Scarf users, Landorus-T has the benefit of being immune to entry hazards like Toxic Spikes and Sticky Web from Glimmora and Ribombee, respectively. This allows Landorus-T to be an excellent anti-offense tool against hyper offense teams.
  • U-turn is useful to generate momentum and bring in teammates safely when foes are forced to switch out.
  • Due to the pressure Landorus-T applies on the opposing team such as when forcing out Zacian-C and Miraidon, it can also easily set up Stealth Rock.
  • Stone Edge hits Flying-types and Tera Flying foes like Rayquaza and Zacian-C, respectively, providing good coverage alongside Earthquake.
  • Tera Ground boosts Earthquake's power, notably allowing a 2HKO on neutral Arceus formes.
  • Landorus-T fits well on bulky offense teams that require speed control and appreciate its ability to generate momentum. Wallbreakers such as Miraidon and Kyogre appreciate being brought in safely with U-turn.
  • Special attackers such as Giratina-O are problematic for Landorus-T; therefore, specially defensive Ting-Lu is a solid teammate to help deal with it. Ting-Lu also grants hazards support, which Landorus-T is able to utilize well to pressure neutral targets, while Landorus-T is faster than many unboosted threats, granting it the ability to pressure them offensively.
  • Kyogre is also an issue for Landorus-T, so pivots like Eternatus and Toxapex are good partners.
  • Since Landorus-T does not run bulk in this set, secondary walls such as Groudon and Toxapex can be used to check physical attackers.
  • Koraidon is also an excellent partner for Landorus-T, forming a good pivoting core with it to eliminate each other's checks in Giratina-O and Skeledirge, respectively.

  • Change exceptional for great first sentence.
  • (Intimidate is good, don't get me wrong but not a super broken one like orichalcum pulse or hadron engine)
  • Go further in why it's good to be immune to sticky web/tspikes (ie. good anti offense tool)
  • Giratina-O is a bad example of what stone edge hits, you just do pitiful damages to it. Keeps Rayquaza.
  • Capitalize types and stats related word (Flying-types, Speed control, etc.)
  • Go further with Ting-Lu: Ting-Lu grants hazards support, which Landorus-T utilizes well to pressure neutral targets, while Lando-T is faster than many unboosted threats, meaning it pressures them offensively.
  • I'd mention Koraidon as a good partner. They form a good pivot core with Landorus-T, and they can eliminate each other checks in Giratina-O and Skeledirge, respectively. (Also change Giratina-Origin for Giratina-O in the last sentence).

Implement all of this, and I'll leave the rest to Taka. QC 1/2

  • Landorus-T is an excellent decent dont overplay this mon, it is really not that good of a scarfer Choice Scarf user thanks to its typing, access to U-Turn and a great ability in Intimidate, making it a good offensive pivot.

  • Due to the pressure Landorus-T applies on the opposing team, it can also easily set up Stealth Rock. vague, i would add specific examples such as forcing out things like zacian-c / boots mirai
  • Stone Edge hits Flying-types like Rayquaza and Zacian-C after Terastallizing, providing good coverage alongside STAB Earthquake.
  • Tera Ground boosts STAB Earthquake, notably allowing a 2HKO on neutral hitting Arceus forms.
  • Landorus-T fits well on bulky offense teams that require Speed Control and appreciate it's ability to generate momentum. Wallbreakers such as Miraidon and Kyogre appreciate being brought in safely with U-turn.
