Tera Dark keeps its resistance to Sucker Punch while also being able to resist Shadow Sneak from Ceruledge. Terastalizing Meowscarada also blocks Protean's effects, giving it a consistent defensive typing and consistent STAB moves might seem like a GP thing, but my justification for this slight change is that having a consistent defensive typing is also extremely helpful, especially against priority from the mons you listed. Tera Fairy can give you that consistent Bug (and, thus, U-Turn) resistance in a pinch, which can be super useful.
