Scarf Scizor is better then you think

Hey I got your message, after all of these comments it looks like your team is just around finished. I'm not personally a fan of dual scarfers, as it does give defensive teams all day to set up on you, but you seem to have a reasonable defense against them. If anything I'm going to give you some very, very minour nitpicks as you've probably peaked with this strategy.
On Heatran, why do you need Passho Berry? You now possess a reasonable defense against them in Shaymin, and it probably isn't necessary. You might want to try something else, namely a Shuca Berry- yes it's standard but it will definitely safe you in some scenrios, and getting up SR is important, so you never know whose running the most common move in the metagame to beat the most common Pokemon in the metagame.
I feel like Gyarados is reasonably covered by Shaymin and Starmie, plus Gallade even. Do you think that thunder punch is important on Flygon? If it really comes to that, you can still use outrage. Something you may want to consider is, you're deathly weak to Zapdos. Offensive and SubRoost alike will terrorize this team alike, and your core can hardly do anything. I think that toxic would be better in that move slot, to stop this and other threats that aren't always easy to revenge with single attacks- think CM Suicune, for example. Like will-o-wisp on Rotom, it's just a last resort, catch-all move that's probably better.
