[SET COMMENTS]

Togekiss holds a niche in being able to beat most Dragon-types and stall Pokemon while breaking its way through many matchups that would otherwise be unwinnable with its STAB- and Serene Grace-boosted Air Slash having a 60% chance to flinch. Its other STAB move, Dazzling Gleam, is present to KO Dragon-types like Dracovish, Haxorus, and Hydreigon without relying on flinches. Fire Blast is used to beat Steel-types such as Ferrothorn and special Aegislash, the latter of which also require Trick to beat. In addition to winning the Aegislash matchup, Trick can be used against stall Pokemon such as Galarian Corsola and Mandibuzz. 40 HP EVs let Togekiss survive Aegislash's Flash Cannon, and in addition to the given HP EVs, 12 Defense EVs let Togekiss survive Adamant Haxorus's unboosted Iron Tail. 252 Speed EVs with a Timid nature allow Togekiss to outspeed Pokemon such as non-Choice Scarf Dragapult and Choice Scarf Dracovish in addition to speed tying opposing Choice Scarf Togekiss.

Togekiss should be used on teams that struggle against stall and Dragon-types but have good matchups against Rock-, Steel-, and Electric-types. For this reason, Pokemon such as Sawk, Excadrill, and Dracovish synergize well with Togekiss. Togekiss is reliant on luck against many of its matchups like Crustle, Mimikyu, and Arcanine, but it is advisable to avoid these matchups when possible and use a more consistent counter on the team. If Togekiss can KO the foe with an attack or beat it blow for blow, do so. Against Pokemon with sustainable recovery like Galarian Corsola and Mandibuzz, it is often advisable to use Trick, preventing them from healing. If neither damage nor Trick will win a matchup for Togekiss, the play is always to use Air Slash, as a series of lucky flinches can win almost any matchup with great unreliability.

Togekiss holds a niche in being able to beat most Dragon-types and stall Pokemon while haxing its way through many matchups that would otherwise be unwinnable with its Serene Grace Air Slash, not only having a 60% chance to flinch but receiving STAB. Its other STAB move, Dazzling Gleam, is present to OH?KO Dragon-types like Dracovish, Haxorus, and Hydreigon without relying on flinches. Fire Blast is used in order to threaten is threaten the right word for 1v1? I’d think beat would work better Steel-types such as Ferrothorn and special Aegislash, the latter of which also requires to Trick to beat. In addition to winning the Aegislash matchup, Trick can be used against non-Magic Room Mew, Corsola-G, Mandibuzz, Milotic Milotic Outspeeds with Scarf, and more don’t do that :( . 40 HP survives non-Life Orb Aegislash's Flash Cannon and with the given HP, 12 Defense EVs survive Adamant Choice Scarf Haxorus' Iron Tail. 252 Speed EVs with a Timid nature allow Togekiss to outspeed Pokemon such as non-Choice Scarf Dragapult and Choice Scarf Dracovish in addition to speed tying opposing Choice Scarf Togekiss. The remaining EVs are allocated to Special Attack to deal as much damage as possible.

Togekiss is reliant on RNG in many of its matchups like? but it is advisable to avoid these matchups when possible and use a more consistent counter on the team. If you're able to KO the opponent with an attack or beat them blow for blow, do so. If neither damage nor Trick will win a matchup for Togekiss, the play is always to use Air Slash as a series of lucky flinches can win almost any matchup with great unreliability. This whole bit is supposed to be TO, so maybe add some more besides sawk/drill/vish
