Going to do the same thing Taka did:
tier 1 picks - the established players
The most proven players don't really need to be talked about. They are: lokifan/scottie/wail/laroxyl/envy/tazz/eniigma
tier 2 picks - newcomers and returners
these players have very strong resumes but are riskier than the above picks for various reasons. Still, stacking two of these players together would make for a strong slot.
dcae is returning this year, and is the variance pick for lc this draft. He's one of the all-time greats of the tier, with the x-2 SCL/SPL records to show for it, but he has his off years - last SCL he played, he went 0-4. With how cheap LC players are, picking him alongside another 3ker would be a great bet. He has a very demanding job, so someone to sub in on a tough work week would be appreciated even if he's having a good year.
Kaboom did not have a great SCL last year, but has had fantastic seasons in every LC team tour since. He's a great player, and also the single best LC support available - even if he's not drafted as a starter, he would be a no-brainer pick to support someone less experienced in building the tier.
JuanSG is the premier newcomer pick this year. He's gone x-1 or x-2 in sv in every team tournament in recent memory, and is self-sufficient in the builder if drafted as support/backup. There are concerns about his nerves if things start to go wrong, but that hasn't happened in the past few tournaments.
SammyCe123 had not played LC before this LCPL, but had a great performance against a tough schedule. My understanding is that he was passed teams, so he likely needs someone drafted with him to start in the tier. But his play was good enough to start in LC with support - he could probably do the same in many tiers, considering how quickly he learned ours.
Skyiew and zS (who is reportedly thinking of signing up) are both very proficient at LC, if they wish to play it - though their prices would be more justified in their main tiers.
---------------------
tier 3/4 picks - outside picks to start, but would be good backups and supports
fate1q has been one of the best performers in individual tournaments, getting to semis in open and winning the most recent seasonal. His results in LC team tours have not been great, but this could be the tournament where his team performances catch up to his individual performances.
Greedy_eb supported jake and went 1-1 last year at the end of the season. He hasn't had a good year since in LC team tournaments (though he did get to the finals of one of the circuit tournaments), but he's shown that he can at least win a game, and had the resume before that to get a support slot.
Astarion was a starter last year, and looks to want to support this year. He’s been one of the best builders for a while, and would be great support for someone in need of teams or a backup player.

hybone I group these players together because they're in a similar position: very consistently good results in LC oldgens, but no major recent SV LC results. Jox supported scottie during some of his best runs, and reportedly helps with sv testing behind the scenes in team tournanents. While drafting one of them to start is risky given their lack of sv results, they would be viable as subs/backup players.
PigWarrior19 can play and support lc well, and also plays doubles - though I can’t speak to his building ability there. But if he’s as good there as he is in LC, he’d be a great addition.
There are many other plausible options as backup or support (fille or coconut, for example), but those depend on who the starters want to team with.
