hi, ill be stepping down from CL/TL & all my other positions both here and on PS going forward

Since getting back into this tier 4 years ago now and leading it for the past 2, this section has been very important to me and honestly a big part of my life. I spent countless hours especially from 2023-2025 trying to really hone in my style and seeing it finally seem to pay off across the past couple years, winning both PL & WC which were major goals for me as well as having a number of teams that shaped the meta, has been incredible. However, especially in the last couple months, I havent really had much time to give to mons anymore with school/work nor have i really wanted to, which combined with already shaky motivation dating all the way back to the end of last PL that didnt go away fully as i anticipated during the past few CL/WC/PLs, it feels like its about time for me to put mons on the back burner officially

i really enjoyed my time in this community and im sure ill be around in some capacity as nothing quite hits like this game despite its flaws, thank you all for the great years and especially to all my friends in GCN & PRC (emphasis on workings) for their company :toast:

Congratulations on an amazing career man, and thank you for all the work you've put into the community. It's been great watching you go from a solid player and friendly presence to someone who eventually took over as TL and helped define the metagame through your teambuilding and refined play over the past few years. Your 2025 season in particular deserves to be remembered as one of the strongest in National Dex history, and you've been the standard bearer for ND across the site these past few years, which I hope doesn't go unnoticed either.

I hope to see you around in some form, but for now I wish you the best in whatever comes next!
 
o7 youve been a great opp and a good boss. Thanks for everything you've done for the community, all the meta developments and insight that has furthered this tier along with the many contributions moderating across ps smogon and discord. Take it from someone whos always been on the opposing side of natdex, its been a pleasure. Enjoy the unc status.
 
hey. having teamed up with you a few times now with you I can tell the amount of effort you put into your play and managing endeavors. I know it gets taxing to micromanage 3+ slots week in week out, even for allegedly low stakes tier. I hope you get a good break and I'll see you back on the court soon enough :heart:
