This is just my second RMT and I'm pretty interested to see what opinions you give about this team I made. Changes to sets will be in italics and new team members will have an asterisk by their image.
The Star:
Carracosta is an interesting pokemon to consider for a team, but I chose him. A single Shell Smash makes him remarkably deadly, and his coverage is nearly perfect outside of grass types like Ferrothorn. Ape covers this problem excellently.
The Next Two:
These 2 guys provide some very helpful resistances for Costa. Celebii resists the bulk of the Fighting, Ground, and Electric attacks aimed at Costa while resisting Water and Psychic and Ground aimed at ape. Infernape completes the coverage by coverage Grass, Ice, and bug types aimed at the other 2. Ape can also take over as the sweeper if Costa goes down.
A Little More Coverage:
These 2 guys are there for some solid resistance, annoyance, and Entry hazardness. =p Bronzong is the big bully, resisting nearly everything in the game and laughing at what does manage to nick his armor. His Fire weakness is covered easily by Infernape and Costa, as well Gastrodon. Gastrodon provides some much needed special bulk to the squad. His lone weakness, Grass, is well covered by Celebii, infernape, and to an extent, Zong.
The Icing On The Cake:
A Salamence rounds out the resistances nicely. With an immunity to Ground, Resistance to Fighting, Grass, and Bug for sure, he can come in on some tough pokemon and do some brutal damage. He also can take over sweeping duty if all else fails.

In-Depth:
Item - White Herb, Ability - Solid Rock
Nature - Jolly (+ speed, - spA)
Ev's - 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Moves:
This set is the typical spread. If this guy was around in 4th Gen, this set would be destructive, but since Ferroseed exists, this set cannot thrive. The adamant nature gave me some extra power to help take down opponents that aren't prepared to handle his power. Jolly however needs me some speed kills when Aqua Jet is resisted. Aqua Jet lets me get some quick kills, even if I don't have a Shell Smash up to use.
Item - Leftovers, Ability - Natural Cure
Nature - Bold (+ def, -atk)
Ev's - 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 Spe
Moves:
This was the first guy that popped into my head when I wanted a perfect guardian for Costa. Thunder Wave is crucial in allowing me to slow down faster threats so that Costa can get some free set-up off of a switch or paralysis. Celebii however, does have some destructive counters in Tyranitar, Scizor, and Heatran. Costa can handle both TTar and Heatran to a degree, while Infernape can check/counter all of these guys depending on the situation.
Item - Life Orb, Ability - Blaze
Nature - Naive ( + speed, - def)
Ev's - 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Moves:
This set of moves is somewhat old school. I chose U-turn to keep up momentum. All of which are popular and have some potential to dent this team. Ape is another favorite of mine, and this set lets me hit from both sides and take down some major threats aimed at this team. Although his defenses are paper thin, Ape does provide some resistances that could be life savers later in a match. Fake Out provides a quick piece of damage and can buy me a turn or two in a pinch.

Item - Eviolite, Ability - Natural Cure
Nature - Calm (+spD, -atk)
Ev's - 252 HP / 16 SpD / 240 def
Moves:
A Chansey is the newest member on the team. He sponges hits perfectly and doesn't add any uncomfortable weaknesses to the team. I do lose my best Electric absorber, but I gain wish support that can help refresh Carracosta and Infernape, as well as any of my other members that need a quick lift. Seismic Toss also allows me to deal consistant damage to some annoying pokemon. Rocks adds a little extra damage to push a sweep over the edge in success.
*
Item - Leftovers, Ability - Iron Barbs
Nature - Relaxed ( + spD, - speed)
Ev's - 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD (0 Spe IV's)
Moves:
Thorn is a guy I'm not used to using, however he is a big boost to the workings of the team. Thunder Wave is again, used to catch guys unaware and slow them down in preparation for a sweep. Spikes adds some hazards that will make it easier to pull a sweep off. Gyro Ball does some massive damage and Leech Seed gives me some added recovery to this bulky guy.
Item - Life Orb, Ability - Intimidate
Nature - Naive (+ speed, - def)
Ev's - 116 Atk / 216 SpA / 176 Spe
Moves:
This is the last clean up guy on the team. This guy resists all of the trouble types while still being able to hurt many opponents for some uncomfortable damage. Mence is also the most likely to get dropped for another pokemon, mainly a scarfer. These attacks hit a wide variety of guys and his STAB Outrage and STAB Draco Meteor are a brutal pair, especially since the Life Orb lets him be more flexible.

Threats?
Latios/Latias - Fast enough to outspeed most of my team, and My 3 sweepers are easily disposed of, while my whiles can't hit them very hard.
Hydreigon - With such a soft specially defensive team, Hydrei just flows through my team. Chansey can slow it down some, but if theres no Chansey, I'm probably done.
