You gave examples of two Water types in the second sentence, but I don't know how well Seismitoad can beat either of them. With a Timid Nature, it can only 3HKO SDef Rotom-W. And although it can't attack Seismitoad, it can burn it and then Pain Split stall it until it dies, or at least do significant damage. Politoed (at least, offensive variants) commonly carry HP Grass, so it'll have to watch out for that. Defensive versions will just Toxic Seismitoad, which will wear Seismitoad down even quicker, especially with Protect. in the rest of the paragraph, you fail to really give other specific examples. You should specify which key defensive and support Pokémon it outspeeds, which important offensive Pokémon outspeed it, which specially bulky Pokémon can tank a Hydro Pump (for example, Jirachi is very specially bulky, so is Heatran, but neither can take a Hydro Pump), and finally which physical attackers it can lure in and burn with Scald (Breloom comes to mind). The reason you shouldn't be so vague is because, for example, obviously Terrakion would hate being burned by Scald, but Terrakion isn't going to switch in on Seismitoad. On the other hand, people reading this should know exactly what it is that they are going to be good against, have problems with, be outsped by, etc. It's your job to make sure they get that information.

Same goes for this quote. What appreciates Celebi being gone? Also, you mentioned that Seismitoad hates Breloom, but actually this isn't the case. HP Ice has a 50% chance to OHKO after Rocks, and Hydro Pump has a 25% chance. Plus it isn't unlikely that Breloom will take a tiny bit of damage before switching into Seismitoed. In fact, one of the best reasons to use Seismitoad is to lure Breloom :O

Finally, Stealth Rock is rather easy to set up thanks to its good typing, and its two immunities.

You mentioned in the first sentence that Stealth Rock was the biggest reason to use Seismitoad but you only give it a one sentence mention? You should probably expand on this.

Either remove or reword this, as Hydro Pump in rain is only slightly weaker than Hidden Power Ice, for only 5 BP (135 vs 140) against Breloom.
